The idea is that if you are going to be gone for a period of time and unable to post, another member will temporarily obtain control of your character. Please note that if you do apply for a sub, the sub will not have complete control over your character like you do, but only be able to puppet it when your cat absolutely cannot be gone without. You will only have one sub for your cat, so, say for example that I needed a sub and Teh KK Chan said she would do it. Teh KK Chan can only puppet my cat Smallstar if WindClan needed a leader's approval for something they were doing. Also notice that if you get a sub, you can specifically tell them what they can do with your cat and what they cannot do. This should be done over PM. And, if, on the rare occasion that your sub does something with your cat that you told them not to, they will not be able to sub again.
