What do you get when you mix Paris Hilton, Sarah Brightman, the creator of the Saw movies, and rock? Repo: The Genitic Opera. I was talking to one of my friends and he sent me the trailer for it. Apparently the movie was adapted from a play. Here are the two trailers for it:

Basic story: In the middle of the 21st century, organ failure becomes a world wide epidemic. A company called Gene Co. save the world by figuring out a way of making organs. They sell them to people who need them, but if the person who receives an organ fails to make a payment on the organ, the repo man comes to 'repossess' the organ.

Here is a song from, I believe, the movie. More industrial (I hope that is the right word) than the stage play I believe:

I'm hoping for genius ^^

I watched a trailer for this almost a year ago, I found out about it through IMDB, when I was randomly going through actors and actresses one night. It seemed very interesting, but I doubt it will ever hit the theatres here, so I'll have to download it or wait for it to go straight on DVD.
