Me: So when are you planning to release the battle system?
Lanzer: Well closed beta is going to be released next week and if everything goes smoothly then it should be released in the next two to three months.

-I turned to my friend-
Me: Dude! That dude's from FUNimation! This could be Gaia's big break!
Friend: Seriously? Do you know how much progress Gaia could get with this?
Me: Yeah! Do you know how much this would project Gaia's MMO and site ratings?!?!?!?

Wait, what?! Did you hear Lanzer's conversation with him? Or did you have to leave before that?
And what would FUNimation even be able to do with Gaia?
Hmm...
...I suddenly thought about how cool it would be if Gaia had a full fledged online game with a fully 3d environment where you could run all over the place and fight more realistically than the MMO will allow, and things like the forums and shops would be actual places you could go to in the different towns and cities. You'd be able to travel between them, encountering creatures and fellow Gaians along the way. Everything relating to the Gaia storyline would be a real-time event in the game, making things like the vampire war so much better. Some of our members would be rolling down the road in a jeep of some sort at night for who knows what reason, when we get ambushed by a mob of elders. We would of course proceed to swiftly impale them, but this time with crazy flaming holy water and oil soaked cross-shaped swords. Enough successful impales will grant us the ability permanently for use as a very powerful, but somewhat easy to dodge attack. Unless your speed is high, in which you will strike with terrifying speed and power. Kokujo would be a living storm of burning destruction. But he would probably have to eat a lot.
Ah, yes, all the things we would be able to do, like...jump.

Yes, jumping...such an amazingly useful ability. Along with crouch, and...climb, and.......blink.
So, FUNimation does things with anime. How do you think they could be involved in Gaia?
