I think I will break the ice in here. I'll start off with a topic that everyone can answer. As stated in the title, the topic is anime. So, does anyone here watch anime? If so, what kinds, and why do you like it. And if not, what turns you away from it?
You don't have to type an essay here, I'm just merely starting a light conversation so we can all get to know eachother and to get more people participating in the community.
I added the "+" in the title because anyone else who has a topic to talk about if we get tired, go ahead and throw it out there so we can discuss that as well.

I'm currently awaiting the second season of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, although the second season will be entitled The Vanishment of Haruhi Suzumiya.

I really like Neon Genesis Evangelion. I've seen all the episodes and watched both movies(though the first kind of sucked...) I've not really been watching anime lately though. neutral

Oh, nice, you watch Haruhi? I seen all of the first a while ago, you know when the second season will come out? I recently heard production on it stopped and switched to another season of full metal panic. Other than that, I'm currently just switching between anime at the moment. I took a break and watched an oldie, Shaman King.

I heard late summer/fall it was supposed to come out; I don't believe it's been delayed though.

Nice, that looks awsome, but is that a Japan only magazine, or is there a US version of the "new" Haruhi? (dubbed) Oh, and AAN, what exactly is neon genesis about? I hear A LOT about it, but so far I never seen it.

Yea, I hope it gets dubbed, that's how i watched all of the first season. Oh, and if you want a good link, try out this place. It's got an expansive list, full seasons, all in english, and theyre always adding.

I'll probably watch Avatar The Last Airbender, just cause I used to watch it and eventually work stopped me from seeing the new episodes. D=
Probably end up watching .Hack//, FSN, Rurouni Kenshin(Used to watch it when I was little) and probably watch Yu Yu Hakusho and see if I missed any episodes.
Chances are I'll end up recapping and finishing off series that I've already started, and then start ones I haven't seen. whee
