Recently my beliefs have been put in to question since learning I was therian.
I once believed that a soul was just a soul. formless. But when people see ghosts they always see the soul as the species it was. so I,m wondering do souls just take the form of what they saw themselves to be when they had a body or do souls actually have shape connected to their species? Like I know therians may talk about thier animal like 'wolf soul' and 'human soul' or 'my soul is half human and half tiger'. so can a soul really be a species? Before i understood species as just biology and genetics, but now I'm not so sure.
Any theorys or opinions?

Well, my personal beliefs follow Native American lore, and I believe that some lucky people actually have a connection to a specific animal or animal family (mine is the canid family, but mostly wolves). I've heard some people call this their "power animal". Whether or not you share a soul with that animal is up to you. I personally believe that I do share my soul with something...other.

thats all cool but im talking in general... is male and female and species energy with in the soul? or do thoses have nothing to do with a soul itself?
(sorry7 im very scientific and if i dont tear things apart I think im going nuts XD)

I believe that souls do have species and sex. I know when, on the few occasions, I've astral shifted (left my body and walked on the astral plain as a result of meditation) I've had both. Does that help?

Well...I'll concede that I also think that the type of soul depends on the type of person. No one person is either right or wrong. What it is for me could be different for others, like Kinne thinking of souls as spheres. I hope I'm not confusing you...I'm only trying to answer your questions sweatdrop

Of course it matters...it's just that it's a hard question to answer since everyone has their own opinion. When it comes to things of a spiritual nature the only definite answer I (or anyone else really) have is that I don't know, but I have theories. My advice, if you're really seeking an answer, is to do some introspection. Or you could just do the old fallback...Google it. That might be entertaining, actually...wow I'm going to go do that now... whee
