THE BASICS
Okay, so here's how my contest works.
There are five contestant slots to enter for each division, and two divisions.
Please only enter in one division, unless I have a lack of contestants to fill the slots. Sadly, it'll cost 100 gold to enter, but the prizes are more than 100 gold, anyway. The reason it will cost 100 gold to enter is so that when I have 10 contestants (The five from each division), that'll cover the first prize for one contestant.
First prize is 1000 gold (It's only 1k, but it's something.)
Second prize is 500 gold (Hey, it can't be too big, I've gotta have six prizes in total, and it's five times the entry fee, at least.)
Third prize is 200 gold (Well at least you'll get what you payed back to you, time two.)

THE DIVISIONS
Bear Uwari Artwork
In this division, you will draw the character of this bio:
Bear Uwari-
Bear Uwari, named Bear because of an awkward something that happened to him, is quick-tempered power-house with almost no sense of logic.
He's 17 years old, and wears a pair of plain jeans and a red t-shirt. His eyes are blue, his hair red. The awkward happening? He got attacked by a bear when he was 5, slashed across the face with it's claws, and then it just left. The mark on his face healed over in a few minutes, and he was suddenly stronger and faster than he was before. The bear that attacked him was said to be the "Spirit of the Warrior Bear", leaving him with what's called the Bear Mark.

In this division, you will draw the character of this bio:
Sinara "Sin" Frezara-
Sin, given the name because of her bad behaviour, loves to throw people off by flirting with them, and is actually a pretty nice person, despite the way she acts. She's 15 years old, and wears a green tank top, dark green shorts (going down past her knees, not short-shorts...) She has purple eyes and hair. She has powers of ice, and changed her last name to Frezara because she didn't like the name "Johnson", it was too plain for her.

I'm sorry to say that I don't have any reference pictures, I would draw them myself and put them on, but I don't have a scanner. Consider it an extra challenge, imagine the character yourself, and draw them the way you think they should be, using just their bios for descriptions. Also, try to
draw them displaying their personality.

THE JUDGING
I will judge the drawings based on the display of personality, and which style I favour. Draw them in your style, see if you can wow me with it.
In the future, if I hold any more competitions (Probably using this very thread), I may get more judges to make it a bit more interesting, but for now I will judge on my own.
*NOTE: PM your entries to me, please don't post them, and send the trade with 100 gold when you send your entry via PM. Please label the PM "My totally cool contest entry" because it'll help me understand what it's for, and I'm sure you've got some great styles to show me. I will accept the trade and add your entry on. Don't try to pull anything funny on me, like cancelling the trade right after, or I'll just take your name off the contestants list. Not that I think you're a jerk like that, but just to be sure.
