Mine would definately be Chidori its the jutsu i use the most ^_^

The single best jutsu in the entire anime/manga so far is Susanou of the sea it's basically a summon. It carries the Sakegari Longsword, if you're stabbed with the sword you're sealed into an eternal genjutsu unable to be broken by anyone. It also carries the Yata mirror, a shield able to deflect any attack. The strongest jutsu by far in the naruto series.
