Daishi from Psycho le Cemu is not going to jail.

His sentence is 1 year and 10 days and a suspended sentence of 3 years.

Meaning that Daishi will not have to go to prison, as long as he doesn't commit any crimes in the next 3 years.

On September 30, visual kei band vocalist DAISHI, Kajinaga Daishi (29)
received his sentence in the Yokohama district court for violation of
the stimulant control law (use of stimulants): one year and ten months,
and received a suspended sentence of three years (the prosecution asked
for two). The judge, Fukami Reiko [maybe], ordered the defendant to
make a clean start. The defendant, Kajinaga, bowed his head and said,
'I'm sorry to have caused so much trouble for everyone with my
