I am Cire, former captain of a now dead freebie thread on AF. I said I'd never do freebies again, but I *suppose* I can spare a drawing or two per month--if I have the time and patience, that is. And if I like the person who's requesting.

Also, I'm sorry if I sound cynical or uppity! I had a bad experience with the AF, and would not like to repeat it here. OTL So let's just get this out of the way and have fun, yes? <33 S A M P L E S________________new --> old           I'm offering simple sketches, not full CGs. I determine the cut-offs. I don't draw cluttered stuff, and I like to draw pretty things (cute/pretty girls or hott guys). 8D *shallow* I also tend to style-change a lot, so beware. March '08 art --> July '08 art --> December '08 art. (confused much??)

I choose which requests to take. Staying to chat will significantly increase your chances. I love intelligent conversations and friendly people. ^___^ I don't like hit-and-runs, and I'm sure no one else does. sad
I also want to draw things that I like, not just anything. Pretty ref pics might motivate me. Having a nice avatar/OC will also increase your chances.

Omg, same. @_@ I try to get out once everyday I can. But it's always a trip to the bookstore. I can literally finish every manga on their shelf! I am crossing my fingers for a few new shipments. I need a project to work on. =3=

I might draw your OC couple , well at least the guy. XD No, I'm not expecting anything back, cause I know better than that. razz I"ll do full CG if I can. Although my CG sucks XD

Ah I see you opened up a thread here! You're gonna be awfully busy. You already are! lol. Guess I'll hafta wait to make a request then, but oh well, I'll live. Your art really is very very well done. That couple of yours are so freakig cute too!! >_<

Wow, you read a lot of manga! @___@ I've only been reading Agatha Christie books recently (it's an addiction OTL), and I'm out of the loop when it comes to recent manga or anime. crying

It goes by like hell and I try to keep up but get lost with all the multiple convos. @@ How many are you even taking? xD; You should take like 2 at a time or so. Take slow on the commish. Yes, I read a lot because there is nothing to do this summer. So I take trips to Chapters literally everyday. In my friend's words, "You have no life." DD8 I couldn't get a job at Laura so now I have to go apply to more places. I want to save up a bit of money for next month because a convention is coming up and I missed Anime North this year. crying I can't bare it! I need to get some RL commish of meh in anime form! //shotshot//

۞ ۞ yay i am remembered C: xD Thanks a lot, yeah i need to get paid first - i've been working for a month and haven't received my pay yet D: but that maybe worked out on monday D: Ah but good things come to those who wait xD I say that to my self i have lots of art to do for people too - anthro art which i find so tricky D: but i only have one to do now xD but she has been waiting a very long time D: but then again i have a trade from june 2006 for a comisshy from someone on gaia and she messaged me recently n__n I'm pretty patient :3

just curious - would you ever "animize" someone from a picture? i've always found that difficult. i would certainly like art from you in the future, but i'm afraid my avatars are not inspirational, and i'm not sure i have something that is xp oh well.

Uh, I dunno. Like I said, one or two a month. *gives self leeway* 8DDD *shot* I don't plan to have slots like some people to do, because that just screams "obligation." I learned the hard way that obligation makes me hate art like nothing else. In any case, I'll be dropping free art on people at random. rofl
But that's better than sitting on the couch and watching TV all day~! rofl LOL I need to save money for college, but that's about it. I'm trying to restrain myself from blowing more money on art. lol
@Sui: Ahaha. Per'aps. 8D It's a good thing I made those '06 contest people wait, because back in '06 I would've given them worse art. Now, I've improved! Maybe. lol
