T__T
I've broken and injured my legs more times then I can count. Because I do a highly physically straining sort of dancing that involves a lot of speed and balance, of which I seem to have neither.
And well, they healed up nicely and I've been fine for some time.
But now?
O.O
Now I'm getting very strange and seemingly causeless pains. Like ghost pains, only my feet are still there and perfectly FINE.
Nothing is twisted or broken, but they ACHE. And hurt.
Just like they did when I broke them.

MATE. FEED.
My guess is that even though your bones are stronger now, the strain on them is coming back but... not so much. o__o
Have you seen a doctor about it?

Dancing again, Intro?
If this keeps up, I'm going to your house and force feeding your mother cooked spinach until she stops making you do competitions.
mad Anyway, you should probably see someone about your pains. Or read up about it in a library book, or a reliable place on the internet.
Also, I'm sorry, but my American computer won't find me any Canadian colleges. Do you know any good psych. major colleges in Canada? (preferably in Ontario, but wherever works.)

have you considered that maybe it could be from the weather... I've had surgery on my hips my entire life, both my ankles are double jointed so i trip on air often, and i use my hands alot which causes stress in my wrists. Now! I know that when the weather gets icky like on rainy days, or cold snowy days the problem flares up real bad... so its a possibility it could just be the weather..
if it's not the weather, then I'd consider seeing a doctor, there could be an underlying problem which is causeing the pain... our bodies are weird like that.

I don't know too much about broken bones, but whenever I get injured I rest for a while. So maybe you should just take it easy for a bit, and see if that makes your bones feel better. I'd think some pain relief medicine would help quite a bit 3nodding I hope you feel better!!

I'm not going to be able to walk at age twenty, am I? I think my legs will just spontaniously combust.
Or walk off, like they do in my night mares.
X_X
I have not seen a doctor about the aching. My mom hands me a tyelenol and tells me I'm fine.
But its worrying.. Because it only occurs in places I have previously damanaged. And then it hurts like it did when they were healing.
Dull, but horrible pain.
X_X I'm hoping its arthritis or something. And not that they are messed up permenantly.
I don't think its weather related because there were no changes of weather. Its a random and scary thing.
Then too, I have some thing breaking down in my big toes that makes it incredibly painful to walk. I'm praying my cecmiod bones are still alive.
X_X
This sucks so much. WHY.
I'm fifeteen. I want to be able to hike with out feeling like s**t.

MATE. FEED.
I get those kind of pains in my legs. And I'm worried that they're not just growing pains. Because I've been getting them more and more recently. Mom said she'd make an appointment, but... -sigh-

gonk I don't even want to know what my bones are going to be like by the time I hit the age most women develop common bone problems.
X__X
I'm involved in a rough enough sport.
But its roughness might be whats tearing me apart.

Okay I really don't mean to be horrid but... I knew this girl who was into dance a lot, she started to get pains and stuff but she worked through. Anyways after a little while (and I mean little) she went to the doctors because there was no reason.... turns out she had cancer and that the pain was a warning sign sort of thing. See a doctor just to check it out you might have done damage years ago or something...
Other than that I'm going to suggest that try to do some small muscel work outs on the areas that hurt, build your strengh up on those areas slowly.
My advice is seek medical help, your regret it if it is more serious.

burning_eyes Thats a joyous prospect.
I told my mom about them, and that I thought we should have it checked out.
She told me to take my chondroitant tablets. She thinks its just a wearing down of cartilage.
I'm going to hope she's right?
I do muscle work outs every time I dance, so that I ward off breaking my ankles again.
I've got a few tendons that kind of slip out of place, and it hurts. >.>;
Thus, ankle exercises to try and put muscle over them to hold them.

I'm in the same worry boat as you because the doctors told me that if I don't start eating right then I am most likely to get osteoporosis gonk I think that means that my bones will basically get extremely weak and such. Don't cry! *gives hug* We can get through this together heart Let's be thankful that our fingers are healthy so that we are able to get on Gaia and talk to our buddies ^^

They are right you know. Women already have a lot of problems with bones being weak, especailly with age. Its important to grow them when your young so you don't have that probelm when your older.
Do me a favor, eh? Start drinking a glass of milk a day, or taking a vitimin? Calcuim. Its important.
As for me. I don't know what I'm supposed to do with my feet.
X__x
I had tweleve hours of dancing in two days. And now?
Now I have trouble walking.
Is it normal. Is it something bad.
No one knows. No one cares.
Mom just snaps at me for limping in public.

Can your shins literally shatter?
I mean, shin splints are when you get the little tiny breaks in your shin.
But if you get enough of them, can your shin just POOF! X__X
