Outside of the Sereitei, lies a Buddhist temple. This temple is where Bullene lived during his late childhood until he became a Shinigami. Bullene perfected his style of Jujitsu here. The monks had died out long ago, leaving Bullene with the temple. He now lives in it. It is divided into several parts. The Garden: It is used for meditation or quiet conversation. It is adorned with all kinds of flowers. Two cherry blossom trees lie in opposite corners of the walled in garden and provide a slight canopy, allowing in just enough sunlight to allow the flowers to flourish.
The Meditation Room: It is used for deeper meditation. Bullene uses this room to practice his breathing exercises. It is very dark, only lit by candles in front. A Buddha statue is surrounded by candles. Several Mats lie on the floor for meditation. The room may be used by anybody, even if they are not Buddhist. It is purely for inner peace.
The Hall: Once used for meetings, the hall had been converted for solo training, such as form practice. This room is not to be used for fights. Sometimes, the area is closed off for private matters.
Bullene's Room: A simple room with a large bed. A small shelf has several scrolls detailing forms of martial arts.
The Pond: 'The Pond' is a misnomer. It is actually a pool of warm water used for washing clothes and taking baths. It can fit two to three people.

Bullene arrives after training at his Volcano. He walks up the winding steps into the mid-forest temple. It was so secluded that nobody would sense him there. He closed the entrance and went into the Meditation Room. He lit the candles in front of him and closed the large iron doors behind him. He removes his zanpakutos from his waist as well as his captain's jacket. He places them on the floor beside the mat that he now occupied. He looked at his wrists. "I have to take them off..." He says to himself. Silently, he removes the first wristband. A shockwave of reiatsu bursts from under his mat, blowing out some of the candles. Bullene shakes his head as he silently removes the second wristband. Again a larger shockwave of reiatsu blows out all but one candle. Bullene crosses his legs and places his hands on his knees in meditation position. He begins to breathe deeply as he focuses himself to a point in his mind, keeping the most minuscule space between his thumbs and middle fingers. His reiatsu begins to gradually slide down in levels. Some of the flames actually reignite as Bull's breaths become deeper and deeper. He was beginning his quest towards inner peace and self control. Squad 7

Yamoto appears from the shadows. He reamined quiet due to reason only some higher us new. He waited for Bullene to speak.

"Yamoto," Bullene says, coming out of his meditation and exercises. "Thank you for coming." He gets up and turns to Yamoto. Picking up his swords, he continues speaking. "I have been authorized to teach you a special technique by Commander-General Daven Moto." He begins to walk towards the Iron Doors. "Come with me please." Looking back, he sees the lit candles. He takes a deep breath and waves his hand. "Come into the Hall with me." He begins walking in the direction of the Hall, expecting Yamoto to follow.Squad 7

Yamoto follows with out any emotions, A technique that has to be authorized by the Commander-General. this should be intresting.

Coming to the Hall, Bullene stops and turns around. "Yamoto, draw your sword." He commands his Vice-Captain. "I need to demonstrate it first."Squad 7

Yamoto draws his sword. He waits for Bullene to move.

"Oh, Yamoto... I'm not the one attacking. You are." Bullene says, smiling at him. "This technique is purely defensive. It can give you control of almost any battle." Bullene says. "Now, I need you to slash down at me. Don't worry, I'll be fine. Worry about yourself." Bullene brings his hands up and begins to circulate reiatsu throughout his body, keeping his breathing even.Squad 7

"Very well." Yamoto appears above Bullene and slashes down aiming for the top of Bullene head. He uses the gravity to increase the speed of the ttack.

Swiftly, Bullene raises his right hand. Focusing his reiatsu into his skin, he grabs the blade of Yamoto's sword and wrenches it out of his hand. He flips it in his hand and grabs the handle, pointing the tip at Yamoto's neck. "Shirahadori, it's a sword defense technique."Squad 7

"That, or prevent them from using it." Bullene says, tossing him back his sword. "With enough training, it is possible to catch the blades, like I just did. For now, I can only train you to block them." Bullene takes one of his zanpakutos completely off his waist, sheath and all." Bullene raises the sword, still sheathed, above his head. "Yamoto, the only way to learn this is by doing. Now make a cushion of reiatsu around your hand!" He swings the sword downwards at Yamoto's head, hoping he didn't end up cracking his skull.Squad 7

Yamoto smiles. What Bullene did not know was the he does this all the time. Yamoto gathers reiatsu in his right hand adding layer uopn layer. He holds his hand up blocking Bull's attack. He had a little harder time seeing that he was blocking a captian instead of a noob.

Pulling up his sword, Bullene is impressed with Yamoto's quick reaction. "Now, you have to block my 'bare' blade." He holds up the sheathed sword in one hand. He pulls down and miraculously, the sheath stays in the air. Before it falls, Bull quickly grabs it and replaces it at his side. Getting into a Kendo stance, Bull slashes down yet again, this time an actual blade was falling at Yamoto.
((This should probably cut your hand. Not too bad, but the force will have some effect.))

"Well then." Yamoto builds up even more reiatsu and holds his hand up once again. As soon as Bullene's blade touches Yamoto' palm, Yamoto wraps his finger around the blade and pulls it from Bullene's grip. "Not a bad technique. Yamoto slide the blade to Bullene's feet. He examines his hand. It was bleeding, but not severly. "Damn, I remeber when that would even scrath me."
