the question would actually be which one is better?
i consider wing zero the best since can be a close fighter as well as a middle and long range one
but epyon can only do close quartes fight which can be a great disadvantage 3nodding

Well it depends on the situation. If its a close range fight then Epyon but if the Wing Zero can predict the movements of the Epyon in flight then Wing zero. Like you said Epyin is built for close range while Wing Zero is multirole.

well thinking things again epyon has the huge advantage to have its beam saber linked to its generator which can create a more powerful saber like it did when it destroyed the space fortress
even so ill bet my chips on wing zero xd xp

I'd say in a fair fight they would tie. BUT I like Wing Zero more. Epyon is kinda ugly.

well as a epyon lover (and I love how it looks lol) I think it depends on the pilot to be honest - with Heero in Epyon long range attacks are only gonna be a way to keep it away til it get close enough to get in attack range - once near any enemy it is the most powerful dueling gundam from that series - just have to be able to disable or dodge wing zero's bean cannons to win pretty much - that being said, if you cant do that wing zero wins

well it depends on the pilot more than anything else. but i love both ms. though i think epyon looks cooler. uhh hellfire where did u get ur info? zero isn't the only one who can predict movements in a fight. it has the zero system and so does epyon. don't forget that to make up for it's lack of ranged weapons epyon was made to go very fast so it can cover the distence needed to make it a melee fight. and the buster rifle does't mean a thing if it doesn't hit what it is shooting at. i mean looking how many times millardo dodged the buster rifle on wing. he did it with a freaken leo with wing so it was easy for him when he was in epyon.

Well when I said that it was before I saw the series over again.
And the buster rifle doesnt need to actually hit its target to cause damage, everytime it fires a shot in the series, not only do the mobile suits that it hits explode, but the ones around it do as well.
And yes Epyon is fast and yes it is better then the wing in close cobat, but also as you have said, it has to do with the pilot.
Herro didnt do too well in the epyon, but did better in the wing, so he gave Miliardo the epyon and took the wing zero from him.
Plus, in the series, it didnt show small damage that well, so for all we know that leo that he was piloting could have gotten damaged by the buster rifle.

they showed damage well enough that we would have been able to tell that. the things that never seemed to show damage were the gundams and that was becuase they were nearly indestructiblesince they were made out of gundanium alloy. and when u are talking about the buster rifle that is the first one that had those effects. the twin buster rifle that wing zero has is a more focused and more powerful version. i own the whole series and watched it about a month ago. so i have a realitively fresh veiw of the series.

Actually no, im talking about both, both Buster Rifle versions did it, it was because of the heat of the blast, whenever he seperated the rifles from each other it was the same as firing a single one, and when he put them together, it was basically, two of the originals put together.
And it was the gundams I was talking about when I was saying they didnt show damage well, but in the movie it was more realistic.
But hey, im not trying to argue here, just trying to get facts straight in everyones ((Including mine)) minds.

Who do you think was better at piloting Epyon? Heero or Zechs (aka Millardo)

I'd say Zechs bcs Heero was hooked on the Zero system and Zechs didn't use it (as much) when he was in it
