Second Pokèmon!

The second Pokèmon that I would like to obtain for Lenne would be a Shaymin, as a sort of replica of my hedgehog. :3

I'm aiming for a Dratini > Dragonair > Perhaps Dragonite.
Basically a "sky blue" dratini instead of the paler steel-blue with a shiny-recessive set of markings.

Markings on pokemon (explain in detail, if possible. Please state what colors the markings are): The pokemon itself is a brighter, less-gray, blue color than "regular" dratinis. She is also a shiny-recessive pokemon and has small magenta areas on the tips of her body. She has one blue eye and one magenta eye. Also has two magenta spots under her eyes that look like blush-marks. With the pokemon-model, I'd prefer one of the circlets in the reference pictures. Something similar to any of them. The circlet (depending on which one) would either sit above or below the forehead gem/horn. I would also love some sort of moon or star-like markings. o3o;; Not too picky on the actual markings.
