You know that for 2500, you can make a subforum that you can designate staff only? So that non-crew can't sit there and read it?

Click moderator panel. There will be a list of links. Find the one that says "Edit guild forums". Next link will be "Purchase additional forum". It will cost twenty five hundred gold.
