Walking down a hall of an old brick apartment building, on teh ground floor, fourth door on the right, one will find Cat's apartment. It's a small two bedroom, meant for her and her younger brother Caleb, but those who are friends, the doors always open and the couch always available.

Drako Ran inside, setting the boy down on the couch and quickly pulling out a phone, dialing.
"Hello, Tori? You aren't going to believe this..."

Caleb listened carefully to the conversation. At the mention of Micah his eyes went wide. He waited for Papyrus to hang up before saying anything. "Don't tell Cat." he said. "I don't care what happens tonight, but don't tell Cat he's alive."

"Things did not look good back there, though." he said quietly. "It's.... it's all very scary..."

(Considering the reactors gone, I'm assumeing that means no power for the

Caleb nodded. "I think things will be alright though. I'm pretty something as big as whats going on would of made me see something in teh future if it was really bad." he grinned.

Drako landed oputside, knocking on the door witrh his head gently, not wanting to wake Cat.

Caleb quickly opened the door to let them in, stepping aside. "It's the second door down the hall." he said, pointing toward Cats room.

Riot jumped directly into Cats room appearing at her bedside. He knelt and smiled at her with red eyes and a hungry grin.
"No need to get up." He Stopped and looked around the room taking in the scene. He heard voices down the hall and whispered lowly. "My name is Dr. Yurich. Pleased to meet you as i am sure you are just as pleased to make my aquantice." He stood up and paced to the other side of the room. " Recent intel tells me you have been a very very busy woman. I hear you used to do runs for the late faction. Seeing as my office authorized those affairs i do know most of your operations, but i do need your assistance. Your brother has a most amazing talent... Which my offices will be needing." He again flashed her a toothy grin. "Now i can tell you, im going to leave here tonight with that boy. Yet, i dont want to kidnap him. His servies are being requested though you cannot deny this request it is never the less just that." Seth opened the door and peeked down the hall. "I do promise he will be safe if you entrust his care to me. No experimentation or torture. I would never allow such things." Riot waited for her to speak, his sword on his back ready to silence any ill thought.

Cat woke up groggily as someone started talking near her bed. It wasn't a voice she recognized, and for a moment she thought she was dreaming. Upon hearing the bit about her work as a runner and that Caleb was wanted by this man, she became instantly more awake and sat up, staring at the man with a mix a fear and pure and utter disdain for what he was asking. "You already took him from me once, What the hell do you need him for again?" her hand slid back under one of her pillows, touching the cold metal of a small pistol she kept in case of emergencies. "You give me absolutely no reason to trust you or anything you say."

"The gun under your pillow isnt going to do you any good." His image began to flicker like old t.v, staticing as he began to walk. "You dont have any reason to trust me and i will not give you one. Mostly, because you dont have a choice but to trust me." Another Riot formed in the room on the opposite side of her bed, it spoke just like he did at the same time. Making the voice echo a bit with a creepy bit of hollow. "Though you should appreciate the fact that i even asked."

"How dare you." Drako said. He knew when he saw a stronger foe, and he bolted, picking up Caleb on the way as he burst from the door, flying as fast as he could. He clutched a booster pill in one hand.

"You ought to do your homework on the people you choose to threaten." Cat pointed out lowly. Regardless of the warning he gave her, she pulled the gun out and turned to fire one round at the image behind her. She listened as Drako took off with Caleb. "My little brother has a knack for knowing when something bad is going to happen, you really think he wasn't ready for all this?" she asked. She slowly moved off the bed and stood up. A bit of a laugh came from her as she shook her head. "Should of known, firt time in three days I'm able to get some sleep. God damn it if something didn't come up to."

Caleb had grabbed his bag before Papyrus picked him up and took off. "We need to go somewhere the HEC doesn't have eyes and ears." he said, clutching the small backpack he had, not having time to put it on.
