Evy unlocked her room and a wide grin coveted her face. " Wow."She shut the door behind her, smiling. She had the whole room all to herself, and it looked as if a door in the back of the room led to a balcony. She flung herself down on the big double bed among her luggage and smiled. " This is gonna be awesome." She mumbled, curling up on her bed. Minutes passed while she took everything in, smiling all the while. Reluctantly, she tugged herself off the bed, and left the room, locking the door behind her. She headed back down the stairs.

With just a little flutter of black feathered wings, and a rush of air, Evangeline alighted easily onto her balcony. Ever since leaving the Reception room where she had spoken to Gabe earlier, she had taken to the skies. Not only to feel that joy which is of course Flight, but it was simply a natural instinct to scout out a new area, one that had been engrained into her after so many years in the Angel military.
She folded in her wings, which disapeared behind her skin, and unlocked the balcony door so that she might enter her room. ' Nothing out of the ordinary, but I haven't covered everything yet.' She thought, yawning as she set her keys down on a nearby glass table. " Eh, I'll finish up tommorow." She slumped down on her bed for a moment, unwilling to move, before sighing and removing her shoes and jacket. There was something to be said for Human-Styled clothing, it was rather nice.
She leaned back into her bed, and shut her eyes.

After an hour of half-sleep, Evy huffed, and opened her sea-green eyes. She wasn't used to just laying around without a purpose, nor did she like it. The only time she would was her much-needed sleep, or if she was injured, and even in those times it was with great reluctance.
Coaxing her body into a sitting position, she rose and stretched. She pulled on a pair of nondescript sneakers, and snatched a brush up from her dresser, pulling it through her tangled deep brown locks, not even noticing the sharp pains it brought.
With a quick check of her appearance to make sure everything was in order, she smoothed out her soft white tee-shirt that went past her waist, crisp dark jeans that fit her lithe, well-toned figure well, and dark green jacket that brought out the emerald in her eyes. She nodded at the pale, slim, lovely girl in the mirror, before leaving her room for the library. She had some research to do.
