I am not positive about the process of assigning jewels, they will be assigned sometime next week, provided things are going well. After a while, I'm going to move this into the Roleplay subforum. We will make an effort to assign jewels fairly and based on a characters ability. It is not required to wear jewels. Jewels are a sort of representation of your characters magical ability, and they also provide a little extra boost to spells depending on the level. They do not mean that you cannot be injured by a characer who does not wear jewels, and if your character wasn't wearing his or her jewels for some reason it doesn't mean that they suddenly have no power. Also, just because your character doesn't wear jewels, doesn't mean that they have no magical ability, they just have magical abilities specific to their species.(If they want them). I'm trying to make this so that there is some structure to the society without limiting your ability to make your character be whomever you want it to be. Rules will surely be bent and changed in the future.

Rank: civilian, has his name from the reputation and aide he gives to those who come asking for it. More a respectful title then a actual title.
Physical characteristics: Tolly is perhaps more known for his size, and massive wingspan. tempered glass scales coat his body that are near transparent save for the brownish tint to them. Tolly can assume a smaller humanoid form for easier interaction, this is done by use of amulets, and the amulets can be modified to produce different body types within reason. example of this is he can change the appearance of his face and height, but he cannot drastically change his overall size say down to flea or insect sized body. Amulets can be interchanged within species, meaning if he picked up his wife's amulet by accident, tolly unfortunately would assume his wife female form.
Weapons: Tolly hardly uses weapons. Although you could argue that is Talons, teeth, and his tail are lethal enough to be considered weapons. Tolly's main weapon is his magic. When all else fails and he needs to clear a group he simply breathes fire. He has two rings that when spoken form into two swords of incredible temper, meaning they are damn hard to break.
Other Powers/abilities/Skills:
Tolly's primary magic is light based, illusions, and absorption. Illusions are near perfect, meaning you can strike them, touch them, interact with them, but the moment they are injured to bleed they dissipate. However, they are not real people or things, for interaction type illusions Tolly must remained focused as it is through the illusion he is speaking, or acting. If someone were to destroy and illusion before Tolly gets a chance to willing dissipate it there is a 30% chance it will cause temporary dementia from the cascade failure back through the link. Absorption of light is where light that strikes Tolly is converted into usable energy so long as he is deficient and not fully restored from sleep or other means. sunlight has a much higher conversion rate then moonlight, hence why Tolly will rarely fight at night.
Summoning magic: Tolly's basic and most helpful magic considering his size. can get whatever he needs to appear before him, so long as it exisits in the world.
Learned magic: Tolly likes to read books and improve his existing skills, and in doing so he bolsters is current protfolio of magic spells with those he learns along the course of his life. However, if the spell is dark in nature it will be weak, whereas spells that are neutral will be moderately to very effective, and his own natural element will be very strong. no amount of practice can change this outcome, but will make the speed of casting and accuracy of spell improve.
Personality: Tolly is a mirror of me, hence you already know, and for those who don't know I'm pretty easy going, willing to help out. Slow to anger, and when pushed too far even my best friends can become targets for my anger.

Okay the reason you got this again is I filled in the last un named children of Tolly and Ilyssa. That and there is a terrible error in my post concerning the number of daughters Tolly has. He has 7 counting sorrow, and 4 boys. 6 of his daughters are with his last wife Ilyssa along with all his sons, and Sorrow was with his first wife Samantha.

His father gave up the throne when he was 20 and he became the new ruler shortly after his 21st birthday. Since then he has ruled the realm fairly and had many clipboards broken over his head by his cute assistant Elda. She dislikes being called cute, and hits him more when he says things like that.
He became a general of Ignatios mostly because he was bored. Having nothing better to do and deciding to go along with him to see where things lead. He also did it in the interest of himself, his assistant, and his realm. Seeing as if Ignatios were to suceed, he would likely be overthrown, his assistant enslaved, and his realm placed under the heel of some crass commoner.

She has trained in minor healing spells, but only enough to heal the occasional cut. Healing broken bones will take a good chunk of her power, and she can only do it approximately 9 times. *Interests/Hobbies: flower pressing, collecting butterflies, organizing her lord's study (it's always messy...), and keeping her lord's secrets. Personality: mostly emotionless, she is a very calculating individual. She prides herself on her logic and common sense and doesn't tolerate idiocy at all. History:She was born in Rodasia as a peasant, her mother and father are both still alive and living comfortably in the palace as a maid and doorman. She came to meet Dios when she was playing in the halls one day when she was 4 and they became friends. When he succeeded his father as ruler of Rodasia, she took her place of assistant almost without him asking her to. Physical characteristics: Kaiser is tall and heavily built, in his 'normal' form, and shares several characteristics with big cat predators, namely the ears, strength, agility and speed. He has zero scars of any sort, removed via his own magic. *Battle Level (Hit Points): N/A *Weapons: Several sets of katars, all of which are magical in nature, and have different effects. -The first, and his preferred set, are called "Bloody Roar." These katars are magically sharpened to an extreme point, and will penetrate just about any non magical armor with ease. Armor imbued with magic proves a much larger set challenge. -When encountering enemies with magic armor, he brings in his next set of katars, named Infiltrators. These katars do not have a real blade. The blades are made of ethereal energy and are the exact opposite of the bloody roars. They'll punch through magical armor like no one's business, yet mundane armor will stop them quite cold. -The last set of katars are just that. katars. He uses them for training, teaching others the basics of his fighting style, and a few other things. The Bloody Roars and Infiltrators have the capacity to store energy gleaned from Tiger Strike. Other Powers/abilities/skills: -Breaking and Entering: As a master assassin, it's his job to get into places he isn't supposed to go. So, he knows how to move silently, and stick to the shadows to avoid detection. He also knows how to violate locks with lock picks. In short, if he needs to get into, (or out of somewhere) he's well trained for the job. -Shape Shifting: Kaiser's preferred alternate form is that of a gray and black tiger. Strong enough to get the job done. Stealthy enough to get the job done, yet still a 'unique' calling card. -Cloaking: Using his own psychic abilities, he completely renders himself immune to all forms of non-pychic detection. This means he is totally silent, quite invisible, and even if someone touches him, the field that he establishes will tell the feeler's senses that nothing is there. It also nullifies olfactory sensors. He's quite invisible. This ability consumes very little energy, as its a mostly passive field that he needs to occasionally feed some energy into, about once every fifteen minutes or so. He has no movement restrictions whatsoever when using the cloaking field. -Lightning Claws: Using his katars, he will rapidly strike an opponent at eight different chinks in their armor, all within a second. This technique does require Kaiser to spend a minute or two in general combat with the armored target in question. If the victim is not wearing armor, then he can forgo the studying the target and just strike. -Dragon Claws: Unlike the Lightning Claws attack, this attack is primarily more vicious in nature. It's a rather simple skill but the major difference is this: It's a single rending strike, designed to tear armor and flesh. -Tiger Claws: Using a combination of magic and skill, Kaiser can store the energy from a hit within the Katars. This would allow him to 'charge up' his attacks until he releases one final strike. This final strike can come from either Dragon Wing or Dragon Claws, or just a normal attack. Due to the sheer speed of the Lightning Claws attack, he can't properly direct the energies. -Poison Dust: Using a highly toxic contact poison, he will spread it through the air around the area. He has a trained immunity to the poisons he uses. This immunity does not apply to other poisons, unless they are manufactured by him. This poison attacks the nervous system and sensory systems. Those who are not of strong fortitude will start having convulsions, and lose sensory perceptions. Depending on how much was taken in, the effect is minimal to causing death. -Envenom: Applying an incredibly toxic contact poison to the Bloody Roars, a single wound, even relatively minor, will inflict agonizing pain, and if left untreated, will rot a limb away within a day, and do horrendous internal damage to the digestive track and cardiovascular system. It also starts to melt the flesh away from the injury, preventing all non-magical forms of healing. The stuff he uses for Envenom is not good at all. -Soul Destroyer: Concentrating all of his malice and hated for the opponent in question, combined with his inborn psychic talent, he creates a wave of energy that's quite destructive. However, armor is just as good against it as it is against normal weapons. -Dragon Wing: A powerful, quick attack where Kaiser seems to teleport next to a target and then hit them. Tiger Strike's “charges” can be utilized in this attack. In reality, this is a combination of skill, strength, speed, and psychic trickery. -Dragon's Breath: This is the extent of Kaiser's knowledge of poisons and venoms. This particular poison is very lethalm and he only deploys it in worse case scenarios, for he can be affected just as easily. This poison is a combination of contact and inhalation types. When the victim's internal temperature rises to a certain point, which is easily done through physical exertion, it will spontaneously combust, literally burning the victim from the inside out. It's quite possible to survive the Dragon's Breath, if one didn't inhale or absorb too much. If they get anywhere near a full dose of poison, they're as good as dead. Kaiser is no excepton either. He wears a set of modified plate mail, with its greaves and gauntlets removed under his clothing. It has been enchanted to basically fall into a pocket dimension when he shifts forms. His last, and perhaps most utilitarian power, is the ability to sense psychic signatures. While he himself is not capable of performing true psionics like those much more powerful then he is, he easily discern the number of people, their attitude as a group, and other things along the lines of that nature. He CANNOT read thoughts, transmit thoughts, or screw with peoples' memories. He is simply not that powerful enough to do that. Subconsciously nudging someone in a direction is one thing. It's another to burn a course of action into the fore-thought of someone's brain. *Interests/Hobbies: Kaiser is a simple man of simple pleasures. He does enjoy a good day's work of whatever needs to be done, enjoys his fishing and a good book, preferably doing both at the same time. Personality: Kaiser is quiet. Trained as an observer, he does not speak unless he has concrete material on the subject, or if spoken to. While his occupation is that of an assassin, he generally does not do contract hits, instead acting as an information conduit for his order of Assassins. He generally does not try to pick a fight but he is very similar to a sleeping bear. Try to fight him, and he will hold nothing back until the assailant is quite dead, crippled, or a combination of both. On the other hand, when in the VERY trusted company of close friends, or within other members of the Moonlight Organization, he does open up. On the other hand, he finds all 'half-breeds' an aberration and has permission from the higher ups in the Moonlight Organization to kill pretty much whoever he wants. Thus, there have been strings of murders of half breeds in various towns. If he can help it, no half-breed would be spared from his katars or poisons. On a much darker note, he is completely insane, and a reasoning psychotic. He just doesn't know it yet. History: Born to his parents, who were part of the Moonlight Organization, he was indoctrinated into their ways of living, and grew up from birth training for gaining his title as a Moonlight Assassin. However, this does not mean he did not have a normal childhood. Nope, he played with the other kids, who were also destined to be a member of the organization for quite some time. During this time, he learned to use his shape shifting abilities, and picked up the trade of metalworking, for when he eventually retires from the Moonlight Organization. When he turned 18, that was when he was entered into the Moonlight's real training regime, learning how to fight with katars, one hand swords, daggers, martial arts(The Tiger Strike and Dragon Wing don't require the katars. They just help things along. He also has a few other techniques waiting in the wings.) and the practical application of poisons to everyday life. The blue scarf that he wears was a gift from a strange and unusual relationship. He still hangs onto it for reasons he doesn't know either. By age twenty five, he was raised to Assassin status, after earning his two pairs of katars. He worked for the organization for fourteen years, doing what needed to be done. Espionage. Assassinations, training militias, to even a weird job involving cows, a mushroom, and more then a few scared psyches. It was then that the Moonlight Organization decided it needed more eyes and ears in the world. Selected along with twenty four other experienced assassins, they were each given a crystal to which they could contact the main manor at any time. The Moonlight Organization started to distrust its current spy network after more then a few contracts were botched. *** A note on the Moonlight Organization. Their recruitment policy is quite open. Usually if you can find their main manor, or successfully identify a member, it is customary for that member to escort the person to the Manor, for potential acceptance into the Moonlight Organization. However, one must be quite disciplined and around the age of eighteen. If you do not fulfill those qualifications, then you'll be given the option to become part of the spy network, or escorted out of the Organization's lands and have your memory OF the location erased. So a person would remember everything that happened but couldn't tell you where it was. *** I STILL reserve the right to modify anything before the RP starts.

Name: Captain Siriyana Aventhel Age: 39 Gender: Female Species: Lateran *Birth Jewel: N/A*Current Jewel: N/A*Rank(ex:king/queen etc): Captain of Katrynn's Valkyrie Guard Physical characteristics:  Her armor colors are white and gold, as befits her station and homeland. She has pure white wings that she keeps dyed to match her snow white armor. She has spent the time to highlight the leading edges of her wings to the same red her hair color is. *Battle Level (Hit Points): N/A*Weapons: -Bladestorm a sentient Claymore. Bladestorm has been enchanted and created specifically for Siriyana, by the Wizards and Sages in Usara. This weapon maintains an edge that is said to cut the very air. With the howling noise that it makes, this is certainly quite close to the truth. More over, its also Siriyana's secret weapon of sorts. The blade has the capability of segmenting itself into a sort of blade whip, that gives her a very long reach. The blade whip can easily swing out to twenty feet, and can be guided by her thoughts. This means it can do something that are quite impossible under normal circumstances, such as wind itself around someone without only a flick of the wrist and a thought. The last enchantment on the weapon is a combination spell of never having to clean the blade for maintenance reasons while being completely unbreakable. Her second 'weapon' is an item called a Shield Gauntlet. This gauntlet goes on her non-sword hand, and with the proper gesture, she can create a shield that can stop weapons and most offensive spells. However, the shield is not complete, and covers the same amount of protection as a tower shield. Other Powers/abilities/skills: -Siriyana can obviously fly due to her wings, and is quite maneuverable in the air. -She is known as a Shield Valkyrie, and thus her regenerative abilities are greater then that of Sword Valkyries and Einherjars. Given enough time, she can regrow lost limbs, splintered bones, eviscerations and other grievous wounds of that nature. Obviously, decapitation kills her quite dead. -Like all Einherjars and Valkyries, she has little need for food or water, often going without a week without either with no ill effects. She also has little need for sleep, as she only needs to sleep for about two hours a day. -Siriyana is also quite strong. Given proper bracing and a bit of time, she can easily pick up a fully loaded farm cart, and if need be, throw it at someone. However, by Valkyrie and Einherjar standards, she is considered 'weak'. She's also fast enough to catch daggers and throw them back within the same amount of time. -She also has mastered an attack technique called the Lightsword. Essentially, she can draw and sheath Bladestorm fast enough that it appears that she doesn't move. This does consume a lot of energy at first but it is a linear amount, as she can use the energy from the first draw and sheathing attacking to cut down on the amount of effort put into it. -Lastly, she is competent and well trained in all manners of weapons excluding the truly exotic. *Interests/Hobbies: Captain Aventhel is an avid scholar in her off time, often spending late nights in the Usara Archives reading on one subject or another. She's also an amateur poet, writing little sonnets when she gets bored. She however, is incredibly defensive about her amateur poems and will get into a heated discussion if anyone reads them. Of course, Aventhel being in her position, 'discussion' simply means “Being screamed at.” Personality: Captain Aventhel is an arrogant character but not without reason. She has slogged her way through the ranks of the Valkyries, to become the Captain of the Valkyrie Guard, a prestigious position. She is also quite wary of anyone who isn't from Latera. Strangely enough, she maintains that distrust of everyone even after sent on her mission. Its in her nature to be distrustful of anyone not from Latera. She is also incredibly disciplined, even to the point where pain of all sorts and intensities will only elicit a grunt from her. History: Siriyana Aventhel is a Valkyrie originally from Beoran. Orphaned at an early age because of an accident between a prototype enchantment and a weapon, her parents were killed. However, being one of the stoic people of Beoran, she quietly bore her pain, and following both of her parents' footsteps, she entered into the Beoran Training Schools. The Training Schools were different then any other militaristic academy. No, the Training Schools were meant for orphans. Having been raised in a militaristic style all her life, her discipline became unshakable, whatever she set her mind to, she accomplished it if it were within her limits. This quickly ear-marked her as a candidate for the Valkyrie Academy. Upon graduating the Beoran Military School, she was quickly ushered away to begin the long and painful process of becoming a Valkyrie. Artificially enhanced to be faster, stronger, tougher, and have more endurance then any other Lateran, she succeeded in the trials and tribulations of adjusting to her new body, endless nights of pain as her body adjusted to its raping and rebuilding. Never would she be able to bear children naturally. Not that she cared. They simply were not within her warrior's mindset, hence readily agreeing to the program. (All candidates may choose to back out of the program.) Entirely devoted to her new duty to the Lateran people, she adjusted as quickly as possible, a process that took years to retrain every warrior's instinct... and train her new ones. Slotted into the Katrynn Valkyrie Guard from her graduation from the Valkyrie Academy, she was quickly inducted into the ins and outs of a Valkyrie's life. The endless patrolling, the always watching. Her razor-sharp discipline once again proved its worth as she proved that she was the best for her position. Thirteen years later, she became the Valkyrie Captain of Katrynn. There are only seven other Valkyrie Captains, one for each island. Conversely, there are eight Einherjar Captains. These sixteen Einherjar and Valkyries call themselves the Warrior Council. While Siriyana is quite sharp, she is still new to the Council, and while her position demands a great deal of respect, her newbie status still has her the subject of derision at the Council. When the Prophetess at Katrynn's Main Temple foresaw events, she decided to send Captain Aventhel to investigate events, and to make a military recommendation. The others on the Council complained rather loudly about her choice but quickly saw reason when the Captain's beneficial attributes were pointed out. Thus, opening the sealed gate at the center of Katrynn that leads to Enthelda, she prepared quickly and stepped through the gate into Enthelda, never to return. *** As with Kaiser, I reserve the right to mess with things until the RP actually starts.
