Due to my sister giving me some CDs to put on my MP3 player, I have recently found myself to be a fan of Nightwish. Pretty good band, but I haven't listened to much yet.

Cool, I have been listening to allot of Jpop recently, however I did pick up the new Lacuna Coil cd, and I really liked that.

Raynebowe What type of music is Nightwish? Not sure exactly how to describe it. It's kind of in the same vein as Evanescence, to name a recognizable band, but not quite. It's sorta rock, but not heavy death metal. But they do have a rock version of "Music of the Night" from Phantom of the Opera which is really cool. Another band I'm fond of is Apocalyptica. To summarize that band, think of Metalica songs. Now think of most of them played only on five cellos. There ya go. They do other songs too, but it's mostly cello stuff, from what I've heard.

And there's one other I have to throw on right now. Weird Al Yankovic. I think most of his songs are just hilarious. Just watched a bunch of his Music videos since my parents bought a DVD of them.

I like Nightwish and Lacuna Coil. I only like a few songs by Maroon 5 though. My favorites...INCUBUS, Hoobastank, From Zero, Linkin Park, Taking Back Sunday, Evanescence...the list goes on and on. But Incubus is my favorite and my top three would be Incubus, From Zero, and Hoobastank. heart

They Might Be Giants. You gotta just love that band. I'm also a big fan of Ben Folds, Ben Folds Five, System of a Down, and a lot of other stuff. I'm not real picky when it comes to music.
Everybody shoudl go out and buy the CD The Spine..it's a TMBG CD, their newest one. ninja
