personally I think my mom is really retared when she always says that i dont respect her at all because i always fight with her. For one thing, she's always the one that starts every fight we have because she fusses over me so much and nags like crazy. And everytime she asks me why i'm doing something she doesn't like, i try to give her a good reason why, but because it doesn't agree with her reasoning she says STOP ANSWERING BACK! when really she's the one who asked why i did that in the first place! and everytime i try to explain myself it's assumed as talking back to her! she's so obnoxious i can't even get a word in edge wise and id rather just not talk to her all together

Sometimes, its hard for us to understand parents. Trust me, sometimes, parents have reasons for the things that they do. My mother does get on my nerves and she thinks knows me very well when in fact, she doesn't. She only assumes and she can't see how I've matured and grown up. I don't hold that against her because I keep that side of private. Only my friends know I've changed.
Just have patience. When your mother says something, just tell her she's right and let it go.

I understand my mom perfectly. It's just, she can be really annoying. I only argue with her when she's not right. xD

=#ff80ff]*sigh* time for me to show my age again. Parents are just as frustrated and wonder so much about what makes us do what we do when were younger. I look back now and as much as it KILLS me to admit it, i was REALLY REALLY clueless as a teenager. SO MANY things have changed and i'm not THAT far out. Just try to understand. Just as much as you don't understand and get frustrated with your parents, they probably were with your grandparents. TRUST ME, our parents have been where we are, and see the consequences in our future. Looking back i have found the flaws in my own logic that my dad saw. I still find myself saying "I'm sorry, you were right" a LOT... and if you REALLY want to throw your parents for a loop, don't fight. lol. the moment a fight breaks out just stop, look like your REALLY thinking about it. and then just be like, "Damn, your right, i'm sorry mom." and don't argue. if you pull it off right and REALLY look sinscere, they will just stand there like "um, what just happened?"
