Exploring to explore because there was a big, huge, wide, and SUPER FUN world out there was something that Zulaya did. Today was no exception. She was pouncing from spot to spot and generally making a loud ruckus.
She was talking to herself as she did so, "...and THEN one day I'll be able to go straight up into the sky. And I can get some twinkles. Twinkles would be fun to have! Mmm...I wonder what a twinkle eats. Does it eat YOU?"
With that she made an extra-big leap toward a bush in an attempt to snatch up an insect she saw there.

 Unbeknown to the cub, hiding within that particular bush was a coral push-over: Taiga. The small cub had been sleeping..but when a rude awakening occurred, she screamed out to the highest of heavens, and ran for it...straight into Daisuke. With another squeak, she clung to the big male. Her master would surely protect her!
The male had been looking all over for his slave. Luckily, he didn't have to look far. She had bumped into him...so nice of her. Lowering his face to her level, he snorted. "Taiga, what have you been doing?" He tilted his head for a moment, not yet noticing the purple and blue cub. He stared daggers at Taiga, who could only scrunch herself up close to him, staring out at where Zulaya was.

Zulaya had been surprised to land --- SQUISH!! --- on something soft and furry that squealed. That wasn't a cricket at all!
"Hey, wait---" By the time she'd found her voice, the squealing furpuff had run off. Zulaya took straight way to running after her, skidding to a halt just before getting too close to Daisuke.
She completely ignored the male to let out stream of words, "OH! I'msosorry! Ididn'tmean to scare you. Don't be scared! Doyouwant to play? We can be friends? Can we be friends? I'msosorry!!"
Then she commenced to stare in wonder as she took a few steps back to get a proper look at both the cub and the the adult. Whoa--!

Taiga simply stared at the other cub trying to comprehend on what she was saying. She was talking so fast, Taiga could barely catch the words. Gulping, she gave a shy smile. "It's...o-ok. I shouldn't..have run away. Yes, we can be friends." Coming out from Daisuke, she smiled. "I'm Taiga. And this is Master Daisuke." The coral cub looked over at him and smiled, her eyes filled with wonder and awe for the male that had adopted her.
The adult male tilted his head, long golden locks cascading about him. As Taiga spoke, he settled upon his haunches waiting for the proper introduction. Friends? Well she could, but he...why would he want to be friends with a cub? One that couldn't talk properly to boot. At the mention of his name, he smiled, pleased that Taiga remembered his title and gave a curt nod to the cub. "Hello there. I am also a warrior, never fearing the unknown, always looking for a challenge." He puffed out his chest trying to make himself look bigger.

"Ya-yay!" Zulaya hopped up and down, starting toward Taiga to celebrate who-knew-how when she suddenly registered Daisuke had started to speak. She stopped and sat, looking at him with a head tilt.
"Cool! I like challenges too! People who are scared of things they don't know are silly. How can you be scared of things you don't know? It's things you DO know that are scary that someone hasta be scared about... What's a warrior? Do you ever fly up to the sky-twinkles that come out at night? What are they like? CAN you fly? You have wings! How'd you get them? I wanna fly too!!" She looked at Taiga, "Are you gonna get wings?"
She'd started to flit near again, and had finally stopped to sit almost touching Taiga.

Taiga stared over to her a little, tilting her head in question. Shaking her head a little, she giggled at many of the questions that Zulaya was shouting out to Daisukie. Looking up at her master, she waited patiently to be spoken to. that's the way it was with the two many times. At the question directed to her, she giggled. "No. I'm a girl, silly. Girls have horns. Boys have wings." Taiga absently pawed at the other's head, poking at the horns.
Daisuke listened to the little cub carefully. She seemed wiser than she knew. Chucking gently, he slowly began to answer her questions. "A warrior is a spirited fighter that goes out with all his body, heart, and soul to vanquish the enemy! Yes, I fly, but no not near to the...stars. I fly as high as I can, that's all I've really wanted. I fly to just fly." He smiled over at the two little ones, tail flicking. He flicked his head, getting his hair away from his face. Why was it that cubs were becoming homeless? He wasn't going to take them all in either...

Zulaya prodded her own horn, and then pawed at Taiga's as well, "Mmm, really? What good are horns for? I bet it's so much FUNNER to fly!" She waved both paws up at Daisuke.
Zulaya looked up earnestly at that, tilting her head with that look that cubs give when they're trying to understand and agree, but really haven't the first idea of what is being said. There was a pause after he spoke, then she sat up straight, "Well, lucky! Well, I'll wish and wish and want and maybe I'll fly one day too. Zoooooom!"
She jumped up to run a circle around the pair, "Taaaiigaa, let's run so fast we'll fly too!"

Taiga laughed and slowly began feeling like a cub again. Huffing a little, she jumped wanting to run as well, but a cough from behind her kept her still. She looked up at Daisuke. "Master, may I please go play?" She asked, tilting her head to the side. She so wanted to run as fast and free as possible, to be able fly too!
Daisuke stared down at his little servant child for a moment, cleared his throat, and sighed. "I suppose. Be careful." He commanded. As Taiga ran off, tagging the other as she did so, he watched her before starting to follow, keeping a dignified stride. He was silent, head held high, hair flowing behind him majestically, like a King.

"Come on, Taaaiiigaaa!! Let's FLY!!!" Zulaya giggled, "Look, look, we're flying, and we're going reeaaalllly high now! Let's jump on the fluffy whites!"
Zulaya squealed and started bouncing, then bouncing around Taiga as she pretended to be playing through clouds, "They're squishy! Where should we fly to, Taiga?"
Zulaya ran around Taiga as she waited for an answer.
OOC: *hugs on Daisuke* Cu-ute! And nothing like a bit of fun fluff RP. I can pull in a lion to cause some trouble if you'd like it.
