warpvoyager Can someone help me with my singing? My range is D2-E6, so like, what type of singer would i be? I take it your male? Im female I have a near enough 4 octave range. Im not sure but I think you are probably some form of tenor... dont quote me on thta till I ask my singing teacher though!

I have a very large range too! But I'm usually Soprano, because that's my "comfort range" as my voice teacher says.

I have the voice of a dramatic sop.
The problem is, just giving us your range is half of what one needs to be able to classify you. One has to hear the texture of your voice.

D2 to E6?! you're an odd fusion of all possible parts but since you're male, i guess that would make you a very talented tenor.
(for comparison, i'm a baritone/bass and my range is G1 to E4)

i'm currently an alto in my choir but i can sing higher then all of the sopranoes...they suck so badly cry give me headaches too>< damn sopranoes...hateful...i've got a really wide range now too heart

You can sing higher than them, sure, but being an alto will help your ear grow stronger.
