The second born of Serithi and Moto'nyota watched everything with curiosity. The grass swaying slightly in the mid-day breeze, the little rodents that dared to scurry near her father and mother's den, her siblings being...well, themselves. Tara loved each of them for their strange little quirks...
And it wasn't like she herself didn't have any. To hear a word out of the gray leopon girl was always rather strange...Words didn't fit her well. Tara always seemed to do best with actions. Her mother said that came from her grandfather...The mysterious grandfather her mother talked about at times with love and sadness.
A colorful glint caught her amber eyes and she turned her head to see what the source was...And she grinned. A colorful beetle skittering about. She stalked towards the bug, butt and tail in the air...and gave an attempted pounce. Missing the bug and sending it flying into the air, she recovered and took chase, batting a paw up at it as she ran.

 The day was glorious!
It was cool and calm, with his brothers and sisters all looking quite content. His parents looked rather happy too. Indeed, there didn’t seem to be anything to worry about. It was days like this that made him happy to be a part of his crazy leopon family. Still… Bavu couldn’t help but wonder if this was really how things were supposed to be. So quiet. So perfect.
Wasn’t there supposed to be more to life?
He felt like he was missing something. Where was the adventure? The fun? Heck, he even wanted the danger. Only just born and already he was looking for something more. A sign, perhaps, but not one he was capable to comprehend in his fragile, young state. All he could think to explain the empty feeling was that he just wanted to get older. Once he was bigger the real fun would start. His real life would begin.
A day he would be happy to reach.
Sighing discontentedly, the small male directed his attention away from the sky, honing in on a small beetle that had buzzed by him in almost a panic. Blinking, he looked over his shoulder, seeing his grey, adventurous sister bounding after the bug. Smiling, he decided himself too young to worry about such complicated matters and jumped to his feet, leaping after the bug just so he might get hold of it before his sister could.

'Hmm, the sun is so warm...' Enzi thought, smiling as he dozed. He sighed contentedly and scratched an itch on his stomach with his paw. A slight, far-away buzzing sound started in his ears; he flicked them in an attempt to stop it. Realizing the sound wasn't coming from within his own head, he opened his eyes. Then there were the sounds of two cubs, probably up to no good. He tried to ignore them and continue his doze. Altogether, the sounds grew louder and got closer. Enzi widened his eyes, rolled onto his feet and spun around. His brother and sister were running right for him.
"WHAT..." That's when he spotted the beetle; fast, flying and buzzing loudly, it was also coming straight for him. Enzi screamed and bolted in the opposite direction. Almost immediately, one of his claws got stuck in a grass root and he plummeted face-first onto the ground.

Mnnnn. Naps. Hekima loved them so. Laying there in the grass with a cool breeze across his fur, the warmth of the sun beating down upon him, and the really strange buzzing sound above his head.
Wait....Strange buzzing sound? Hekima lifted his head lazily as he noticed the beatle speeding it's way past him and his brother, Enzi, face planting in the patch dirt before him. The cub laughed abit, pawing Enzi's ears before giving him a lick.
"It got you." He said quietly.

[ add Luta here]
She opened a flame colored eye. Her maw stretching in a large cat yawn, that left her tongue curling. She was splayed out, her paws going in front of her, her legs behind her. The sun was keeping her back the perfect temperature, and she was doing her best to keep it that way.
It was such a pretty day, but she wanted to catnap. She was a bit lazy feelin today, and she was sure it had something to do with the fact that the sun was keeping her warm and content.
Her belly pressed to the cool earth, she was sure this was just like living in Paradise.

She heard her brother following...trying to get to the bug before her. Tara just smiled widely...deviously. And sped up. She'd catch the beetle first! And...didn't quite succeed as she tripped over Enzi's tail. With a yelp, she rolled nose over tail, finally stopping just short of barreling into Luta.
A pathetic mewl escaped her rather disoriented self. "It got away...."

As her sister tripped over her, she let out her own squeak, while trying to push herself up off the earth. She looked at her sister with a little glare, though she wasn't serious as she knew her sister had not meant to.
She looked at her sister softly, a smile upon her features.
"What got away?"
