This is an indoor building where the members of First Squad train against themselves or each other. Since this is an elite squad, the members are not basic students, but accomplished martial artists. There are heavy bags, speed bags, ropes that can be strung to be an obstacle course, and speed/agility balls.  At any time, you might find a member here going through katas or training. Everything from weights to agility can be trained for here. When not needed, all the equipment folds away to blend in with the room. The walls are infused with Seki stone so that reiatsu effects, even huge ones can be practiced without destroying the rest of the squad.

MockaDash had just left the captain's office and wandered around the 1st Division grounds for some time. He finally found the division's dojo and took off his tabi before entering...
Inside, he encountered some 1st Division unseated shinigami, performing some training sessions. He searched for a quiet spot close to a wall, and sat there on the ground. He closed his eyes in meditation for a few minutes... when he opened them, Suzaku and Byakku were standing in front of him...
So, is everything going well with both of you??? Mock asked them. He didn't uttered the words out loud, he and his zanpakutou's spirits were talking inside his mind...
Everything is fine as long as MockaDash-dono is fine... the flaming bird answered. The tiger replied What about the dark one?... You haven't met KetsuekiZenchou yet...
Unfortunately no... Mock said But aren't there more, beside the three of you???...
That's for you to find out, MockaDash-dono. I beg your pardon, but it's not our duty to reveal you anything concerning that matter...
I understand... But how about telling me more about yourself???
As you grow in power you'll also grow in knowledge... We are the judges of that matter... It is up to us to determine if you are worthy, and most important, able to handle our full power...
I fully understand... I guess I have no choice besides focusing on my training, for now...
Wise decision, if I'm allowed to say so, MockaDash-dono...
Mock stood up and picked his nodachi. The shinigami began to perform Iaido Katas with the zanpakutou... Training to improve his speed, power, and precision with his weapon of choice...

Yushi found Mocka in the dojo, but left him alone until he was done, then approached him. "Mocka, how would you feel if you were allowed into my family?"

Mock wiped the sweat of his forehead as he turned to Yushi... He sheathed his nodachi and gave her a warm smile "Hi there, Yushi-san!!! You want me to be a part of the Moto noble family??? Is that even possible???Well I would be honored!!!..." the shinigami scratched the back of his head "But why are you inviting me to join your clan???"

Should she tell him a really good lie, or the really ugly truth? "Your a really great guy, and Grandpa always needs more hands around the house. Besides, it would help you keep in shape." Really good lie sounded good right about now. No one knew the real reason besides her, her nth great grandfather and her captain why this was really being done, and none of the three would blab anything to the other members of the house. The secret was perfectly safe. She smiled to reassure not only him but herself as well.

MockaDash's smile faded for a second as he analyzed Yushi's intents. Despite what most people would think, because of his easy going attitude, Mock was a really good judge of character... He new that the Moto had to have an ulterior motive for wanting him in their family, but he decided that they were, after all, honorable people. Furthermore, he wasn't going to refuse a chance of ascension through the shinigami ranks...
His smile turned warmer as he answered "Like I said before, I would be honored to serve in your noble family!!!" he bowed for a moment and then proceeded as he raised his head once more "What is expected of me Yushi-san??? Is there some kind of rite of passage???" he wondered...

"Actually, yeah, there is. You have to beat the eldest son or daughter, and right now, that's me. So, common, just knock me down and you win. Feel free to forfeit anytime you wish." She stood and moved to the center of the dojo, the other, lesser Shinigami moving aside for their Vice.

MockaDash scratched the back of his head "Eh... Its my first day here and already I have to fight the Lieutenent???... This is not good!!!..."
Mock grinned as he took an attack stance by holding the saya of his nodachi with his left hand and gripping the tsuka with his right. He started to slowly sidesteping on an imaginary circumference line around Yushi. Of course I never refuse a good fight!!!... Here I come!!!!!"
MockaDash charged at Yushi, drawing his large zanpakutou from the scabbard in a diagonal upward slash at her torso, followed by a two-handed held strike, in a vertical downward motion, aiming at the top of her head...

She dashed to the side, leaving him open to attack with a blow to the face, her hand in the shape of an e in sign language, pulling the blow at the last second so it wouldn't break his nose, just leave it bruised.

Yushi's blow hit Mock right in the face... The shinigami jumped a few meters back and wiped the blood off his nose...
My Bad... I was too careless!!!... MockaDash said with a grin... He wiped the blood on his hand on the surface of the zanpakutou's blade... The blade turned to black and MockaDash's reiatsu tenfolded!!!...
Let's try it again, shall we???...
At a higher speed, Mock jumped into the air and raised his nodachi with both hands, above his head... Mamorigami (Guardian Deity) Mock said while he started to descend upon Yushi's head... His katana on the left side of his waist, turned to ash that vanished on jis surroundings... He swung the nodachi downwards to meet the top of his opponent head!!!...
He was not holding back and fought as if he had an intent to kill, since he assumed his Lieutenent to be much more powerful than him, and if he fought with less conviction that that he would be the one ending up dead!!!... Even if this was just a sparring session...

The Lieutenant kept her distance, assessing his skills before she attacked. The first blow was a lucky shot, but now she had to be much more careful. "Those who are watching, leave before you die." She ordered without taking her eyes off of her opponent, the Soul Reapers leaving until it was just her and the third seat. "Well, show me your moves." ((SHOT'D))

(( Eh Eh... my bad... sweatdrop I think I need some sugar... ))
Mock's zanpakutou hit the ground with a blast that shattered the tatami beneath it and sent debris flying... The shinigami stood up and faced his Lieutenent in the eyes, as his own eyes were slowly being tainted black...
I get the point... He said with a calm tone in his voice I won't be able to hit you with normal sparring techniques... He gazed at his sword's blade for a moment and then returned his stare back at Yushi Do you think the Captain would be angry if I stain the dojo's floor???
MockaDash plunged his zanpakutou into the tatami and turned his back on Yushi... He started to slowly undress the top of his kimono and left it hanging on the hakama... A large and deep scar across his back was revealed and Mock glanced over his shoulder as he grinned Yami Ookawa no Ketsueki (Dark River of Blood) he uttered.
He started screaming in pain as the scar teared open and gushed blood everywhere!!!... The volume of blood being expelled by Mock's body was enormous!!!... No regular shinigami could've survived such profound blood loss!!!...
The blood started flying into the air in a spiral patern, and hanged adjacent to the dojo's ceiling... Mock turned around to face Yushi once more and calmly said This zanpakutou of mine has the unique ability of increasing the amount of blood by scavenging reiatsu particles around us!!!... So we can't really say that I've lost all this blood that I've just spilled... but it still is MY blood up there!!!... As he finished his sentence he looked up, and the blood immediately came falling down!!!...

Yushi hissed at the rain of blood and decided at once her first form was not a good idea. She grasped the sheath of the wakazashi and said, "Howl like the flames, Oujou Atamagaokashii." Immeadtly, five wolves sprang forth from the sheath and huddled around Yushi until she gave the order to attack.
