A huge 2 mile long fully armed battle ship waits above the City of London, in the country of england. It's large wing span and long central shaft make it look similar in shapre to a sword, which is fitting because it is a million times as deadly.
The ships commander is Sevroe Tall Cha Voe Sect the Fourteenth

A red and blue box flashed and faded into existance on the bridge of the Battle fleet's Command ship. Many of the ships enhabitants turned to it, raised their guns and waited.

Fox leaped out onto the ship. the entire crew were staring at him down their gun barrels. Fox simply smiled. "Either you remember me, in which case I'm flattered or you're just aiming your guns at a house guest, in which case I'm offended." he looked around. nobody moved, they just stared, un-moving. their large green eyes continued to stare unblinking at the man and his red box, trangely neither looked at the girl.
"Not much for talking are you? that's allright I can talk enough for the lot of us, and probably still talk too much." he waited a moment for laughter and, not getting any, sighed. "I forget sometimes that a sense of humor was bread out of your inbred backwards species. Anyway. I seek a peaceful meting with the Comander of the Seventh Darmal Battle Fleet under convention 15 of the shadow proclomation." The Darmal looked at each other and then back at Fox. "So you do move, thats a plus, I was starting to think I travelled to the toy darmal factory." "Seventh Fleet Is in Sector 12" a Darmal that looked a little more decorated than the others said, holding a pistol at fore head height. "This is the Seventeenth fleet." "Seventeenth, right, dammit, I was off by ten... well I guess it's still pretty lucky to know that piece of intell... I guess I'm seeking peaceful audience with the commander of the Seventeenth under the same strictures then."

"Joanna Morose, but I sign everything as 'Josey'." She yelped as he suddenly pulled her through the door and into the next ship. She stumbled forward, throwing her arms out on either side to keep her balance and then noticed the aliens, guns trained on Fox, staring them down. They had-
"Wah! What do they have on their faces?!" She exclaimed in shock as she hid her face against Fox's back. Yeah, he had said not to mention something, but she had never expected to see these things!

Fox turned, mid conversation, and stared at Josey, he started smiling, staring her over. "Oh brilliant. That is just... oh wow!" he was being sincere. "I loved your piece, the Dark nights of Midnight, Oh and the white man and red bo- oh hey you painted an abstract piece of me, I feel honored. OH! I also love the clown dogs with the plates on their heads. I-" he turned to look at the aliens as Josey hid behind him. "Oh crap... so that's why they decided to shoot at earth." he sighed as the Darmal all became enraged. "Erm... does that mean... does it mean that you're not going to allow my audience?" A voice chirped up from the oposite side of the room. "Squadrons have failed. their falling from the skies." the Darmal said. "Yeah, that was me, I'm sorry, but you were abducting people from a class 5 pre star age planet. I didn't really have a choice." Fox said, "Now if I can convince you not to bombard the-" "BOMBARD THE PLANET!" "I should have seen that coming." Fox sighed he looked up and pulled out his sonic flash light. "In the name of the Shadow Proclomation I order that your engagement ceases, or I will be forced to destroy your vessel."

Josey scowled at him, what in the-paintings? What paintings? He was insane. Clinically, certifiably insane. They were being stared down by however many guns and he was going on about loving her art when he'd never seen it!
"Would you pay attention to-" She cut herself off at the order to bombard the Earth. She reacted reflexively, sweeping her purse off her shoulder and tossing it at the commander's head that gave the order. "No! What're you, crazy?" It was a knee jerk reaction. She threw things when she was upset. It wasn't until the bag went sailing--full of books--at the Darmal's head that she considered it a bad idea.

Fox glared at the tall pale blue alien standing before him. He was the commander, taller than the others therefore higher in the food chain. "I order you to power down your guns." The flash light was pointed at the commander. The Darmal laughed in unison, a long line of single laughs that didn't actually sound like laughter, it was too rehearsed, more of a war chant than anytihing jovial. "I'm warning you." he growled as Josie threw her bag at one of the soldiers. "No!" Fox said, far too late to make a difference to Josie's throw. the bag hit one of the Darmal soldiers square in the face, making him callapse backwards onto a control console. The commander stared at the man in surprise, and then glared at the human girl. "You are one of the beings that ocupy the planet bellow..." he turned to look at another officer, the only one who had not left his post. "...Fire." Fox's eyes widened. "NO! YOU CAN'T!" "And how are you going to stop us boy? all you carry is a flash light!" the commander laughed a little. "How am I going to stop you? like this!" he turned and trained the sonic flashlight on a seemingly normal metal box and, after a quick random spin he pressed the button down on the third setting. the green light shone for a moment, sending a point of green energy like a laser pointer to the center of the box. smoke appeared from a crease and then an small explosion sparked in all directions off of it. The lights dimmed for a second and were replaced by a low green humming light. The commander stood frozen for a moment, staring around, confused. he glared at Fox as an officer reported to him that power had been lost and the gun batterlies were down. "How did you know?" he asked, angrily. "I've been on Darmal battle fleets before, so I could say it was skill, prior knowledge or just that I helped build it, but the actual truth is, that I knew what to do for the exact same reason that I knew that if I change my target and setting to that pannel there, even without power, I can get us out of here and off your bridge." "And what is that reason?" he growled. "How did you know!" Fox grinned, altered the setting of his sonic torch to 3 degrees left and the second button slot, pointed it at the panel he reffered to and said. "I didn't." he pressed the button and the floor opened up beneath them, letting Josie, the tardis and Fox fall miles down through the ship.

Josey screamed as they fell, grabbing Fox by the arm without meaning too with one hand while she hit the same arm with her free hand lightly. "You're insane, you're insane, you're insane!" She screamed as they fell.
The drop was at least a 1000 meters and Josey wasn't fond of heights. Her hair was flying upward as they went down. "What were you thinking?!"

Fox reached out and grabbed onto the door handle of the Tardis. he held tightly onto Josie as they fell roughly ten thousand meters to the furnace below. Fox yanked hard on the door and on Josie at the same time. the door flew open and josie flew towards it. Fox stared down at the darkness, pulling on his glasses and noticing the ground was coming up pretty fast. He turned to the door, pulled out his flash light, span the dial and switched to the fifth button setting and aimed it inside the tardis. he pressed down and a moment later was pulled inward by a strong gravity field. Fox rolled in and landed on his front. "Nothing like a ten thousand foot free fall to start the day." he said, raising his hand to grab his light, which had fallen free. The time lord sat up and re-holstered the sonic device. He yawned and looked up at Josie and smiled. "Come on, don't tell me your not enjoying yourself!"
He jumped up onto his feet and rushed to the control system, grabbing up his fox cap allong the way and putting it on backwards. "Now lets see what we can do about this ship being here."

Josey screamed again as Fox thew her into the Tardis. She rolled across the floor, stopping as she hit the command console and blew the hair out of her eyes as she glared across the ship at Fox.
Enjoying herself? She'd nearly died three times since meeting this fuitcake!
"how do you propose we do anything? Its an entire fleet up against a police booth and its fruity pilot with a fancy torch!" She cursed herself for the smirk that spread across her face. ...She was enjoying herself. She'd always wanted adventure like this. She'd always wanted to experience what she would write about and paint about and now that she was experiencing iit she couldn't quite decide if it was frightening her or thrilling her.

"Nooooo," he said, mock hurt. "its not an entire fleet against a police booth and a fancy torch... also I think I take offence at the term fruity." he grinned at the girl as the ship shook a little, moving them out of the furnace on onto... well he didn't know till he stepped out. "No, it's an entire fleet against a phone box, old london phone box though, sturdiest in the world, well, until they invent Plastoglass... and by invent I mean scavenge off of a ship that crashes onto the swedish capitol don't worry, nobody was hurt, I managed to swerve just in time."
He thought for a moment about the predicament and how Josey had put it. then how he had re-summed it hup, not actually making it sound much better. "Well, to be fair it IS just the 17th fleet of Darmal, if I remember rightly they are only about three battle ships and a couple of carriers incase ocupation is necisary." Fox pulled out his sonic flashlight and spun it around a finger and looked at it. "Besides I shut down the flag ship's power and comunications." he breathed in and on the out breath said 'I hope' quietly. "Should take them at least five hours to fix up the bridge and then they still have to get the weapons working again... Probably." he grinned and looked around and then stopped. "By the way, I don't have any mirrors here, and you're the first person I've spoken to since... this... erm... little event, you mind telling me... what... do... I look like? Wait wait wait, don't tell me, just... do I have blue hair again?" He stared intently at the girl and waited, his eyebrows raised, and mind waiting for the answer.

Josey rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, but she couldn't help smiling. He was unbelievable. She hadn't seen him nervous or frazzled yet. ...Then again, she didn't see him think beyond the second he was in, either.
"Yeah, that doesn't reassure me in the slightest." She retorted laughing a little. He went on rambling a little as he worked. She crossed the bridge to stand nearby but before she came near him he spun to face her.
"You don't know what you look like, how is that even-" She frowned and slapped a palm to her forehead. She really wasn't surprised. She laughed again and put her hands on her hips.
"Fine. No, your hair is not blue. Its actually a nice shade of brown, and though you need a shave, you're not entirely unpleasant to look at." She grinned and shook her head, "Happy?"

"Awww, I like the blue hair, made me feel unique, a little cold admittedly, but unique... not that the final time traveling tardis owner needs to be unique, but still..." he sighed and stared down at the floor for a second and then looked up grinning. "Well can't be helped. At least I still have the red gold and blue eyes." he smiled, jogging over to the door and pulling the glass and steel phone booth door open. "Lets see." he said, jumping out, cap falling off his head and blowing back inside.
He stood there for a few moments and looked around. "We're in the rec room." he sighed. "How boring. I wanted to come out in the sewers or a storage room. much more fun jumping into the bowls of a ship." he looked around and his eyes finally caught a computer console. "A-Ha!" he said, running over to it, pulling out his glasses and donning them. he pulled his flashlight and flashed the console for a moment before the holo-imiging display appeared. "OOh... that explains why we have power. we're on one of the other battle ships. the Mek-tabao. Means good-" he turned his head. "means good death. but... hang on." he started tapping and moving dials and equipment. "A-HO! yes I said A-ho instead of A-ha, wanted to mix it up. don't you ever just want to mix it up, supreme artist Josey?" he grinned and kicked the console and a letter in forreign writing which was translated by the tardis appeared. "That is a letter from the supreme command of Darmal stating that the 17th fleet is now rogue. we're aboard the fleet of outlaws." he paused and took off his glasses and turned to the girl again. "Hang on, you did say my eyes were still Gold, red and blue right?"

Josey laughed adn threw her hands in the air. Here they were, standing at death's door, possibly the last few moments of their existence and he was looking generally concerned about how he...well, looked.
...She was so painting this scene if she survived. Crossing the room, Josey stood beside the door as he jumped out, they were on a ship named the Good Death?!
"That doesn't encourage me!" She called. He was almost insane, Josey thought. But she found herself enjoying this character. He was entertaining. She laughed out loud as he called her 'supreme artist'. At least she had one fan.
When he spun and ripped off his goggles, she slapped a hand over her eyes, laughing at him yet again. "Do you not care that we could die soon?" She asked in disbelief.
"No, actually. They're a nice shade of green, almost jade, with orange in the center." She tilted her head to one side, taking an artist's study of them. "They're really rather nice, never seen anything like them before." She frowned an interested, half way impressed frown and shrugged.
"Now. Can we please get back to saving the world?"

"Save the..? Oh!" Fox said, surprised, remembering what he was supposed to be doing. "That shouldn't be too hard, just re-route the communication feeds, re-align the buffers and send a signal to the main Darmal fleet dictating an order from the Shadow Proclamation. Hell you could do it." he looked the guy up and down and shrugged, turning around and beginning to write the message to the rest of the Darmal fleets... on behalf of the Shadow Proclamation. "I... I'll do it." he said, a little condescending.
"I hate regeneration, lose all my favorite features. but... you say these eyes are pretty good? never seen another like? well then I can live with it..." he sighed, and then perked up as he finished the letter. "alrighty, now I just gotta rig up a little mechanism... aw hell, I've probably got a setting on this thing." He said, pulling the flash light out. "can't be sure but I am pretty lucky. you know theres a setting that lets me re-attatch barbed wire... OH! and one that lets me unscrew things. I have a sonic flashlight that unscrews things, how od is that?" he laughed, moving away from the controls. "Want to come see the end of this?"
