 The Whomping Willow is a particular violent tree that stands on the Hogwarts grounds. No one was ever told why Dumbledore decided to plant such a violent tree on the grounds but what people do know is it will attack anyone who comes within reach of its branches.

It was a nice evening so Jimmy made his way out to the whomping willow. He carried his guitar out to a nice quiet spot by a tree so he could sit there and watch the sun set. He quickly looked around and grabbed the cigarette that was tucked behind his ear and tapped it with his finger lighting. He sat there humming and strumming the guitar lost in thought about the past.

"Hey you!" Kate called out, sauntering over to the spot the boy was at. "I heard you gave my friend Bellatrix a tough time" she spat, glaring hatefully at him.
She only heard it in a rumor, but it was good enough reason for her to speak to the boy.

Jimmy looked over to where he heard the voice, and saw a figure approaching him. It took him a second to recognize the girl, it was the pretty girl Jess dragged him away from. "Ummm hi?" Jimmy said raising an eyebrow. "Wait hold up. " He said putting his hands up. " Who the fuuuccc.....who the h*ll is Bellatrix?" He looked at her confused.

"What? You dont know her? Well then I guess those rumors are out of the question" she shrugged.
She walked closer and put one hand above him on the tree. "You play?" she asked, referencing toward the Guitar.
She always found guys with musical talent attractive, and he had a bad boy look, slightly about him, so who knows, he wasnt taken yet.
She loved to have a good time.

Jimmy laughed, "Yea I guess those rumours aren't true. Though next time I wouldn't put it past me. I am no saint." He smirked. Jimmy watched her move closer she seemed to stay a little distance from him but he pretended not to notice. " Yea I play, I'm part of a band back home, we are pretty good. It beats stealing to get some money. " He laughed, while he talk to her he continued to play. Jimmy finally stopped motioning with his hands for her to sit. "So you came out here to defend your friend. Very loyal and noble of you. To only have you your bubble popped by it being the wrong guy. Now would you like to sit down next to the wrong guy?" He gave her one of his smiles, and extending his right hand to the open spot next to him.

Kate blushed, it was slightly embarrasing after all but...well who cares?
She decided to lay next to him. She laid down on her side and crossed her legs at the ankle and propped her head up with one arm that was cushioned at the elbow by the grass below her. Her other arm rested at her side.
"Would you play me something?" she asked, looking into his eyes with her own.
It was an honest question, she really did like music.
Not to mention it was a good way to 'break the ice' as muggles would put it.

Jimmy watched as she made herself feel comfortable, "Comfy?" he asked raising an eyebrow. Her eyes locked with his, well under his sunglasses they did. Jimmy smiled, "I would love to." he said coyly. Jimmy messed with the strings on his guitar making sure it was tuned. He began to play, Jimmy hated to admit it but he was extremely talented when it came to music. He normally lost himself in it. He could play any instrument and could sing like no other. Jimmy looked up and locked eyes with the girl again when he started playing one of his favorite songs.

She couldn't help it, she blushed...horribly.
She tried to look away but couldn't find the strength.
I guess, she thought, I'm kinda glad I made that mistake now
His voice was beautiful, his skills amazing. He seemed almost perfect.
Almost
He still wasn't a Slytherin but...
As soon as her eyes locked with his, she started to feel like...that didn't matter. Nothing mattered, no House rivalry, no homework, no silly arguments with her ex-frien-
Jess? Who did she say was offlimits was it...Jimminy?
Right! Thats who she said!
And this kids name was Jimmy soooo...it was alright!
She mentally did a happy dance.
She sighed and lazily tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and smiled.
It wasn't one of those fake smiles she was so used to giving, no, this one was genuine...

Jimmy stopped playing, and bowed his head a little. "Eh its better with the band." Modestly scratching the back of his head. Jimmy noticed something different about Kate now he half smiled a bit, "Now that's a pretty true smile there." He said pulling off his sunglasses realizing one blue and one green eye staring at her. "Now would you like to hear another one?" He added stumming the guitar.

This little complement caused Kate to smile more. She always adored attention and sought it as much as she possibly could.
"Of course, I mean, if your willing to? I wouldn't want to keep all your talent to myself" she flirted shamelessly.
Picking a flower from the ground she placed it in her hair behind her ear and looked at him with a look of admiration.

Jimmy nodded when he saw her give a bigger smile. "I have no problem playing for you, I enjoy an audience." He said. He thought for a second of what to play, he decided on a song and began to play.

Kate lightly touched the guitar with her right hand and pushed it away.
She looked in his eyes and leaned toward him, using her veelah charm as an advantage.
Just one kiss...
She closed her eyes and moved closer, not knowing someone was approaching the scene.

It was a beautiful night outside Hogwarts. Jessica thought she could hear Jimmy strumming on his guitar somewhere on the grounds. And being the nosey Ravenclaw she was she decided to go and find him. "Maybe we can work on my song..." She thought as she walked out across the dark grounds. She could hear his music and walked towards it, her feet leading her to the Womping Willow. She smiled and nearly ran up to greet him, but something stopped her. He wasn't alone. he was with Kate and it looked like they were kissing! She felt tears well up in her eyes. Kate always took what she wanted. She could score any boy she liked just because she was a veelah. She took the one boy that Jess thought she would have a chance with. That was going too far. She gripped her wand tightly and jogged over to them. "Kate! How could you?!" She sobbed pointing her wand at Kate.

Jimmy was lost in the music when he felt his guitar, "What the h*ll" he began to say when he was brough back to reality. He than felt a pair of lips on his. He felt as if more charm than normal was going into it. She's veelah. Poor girl doesnt know they dont work on me. He thought. Jimmy pulled away slowly biting her lower lip when he did, he knew a few girls liked that. Jimmy half smiled, "You are a slytherin. But not a pure blood, you got atleast half veelah in you." He whispered. "But your secret is safe with me. There charm doesnt work on me for good reasons, you don't have to use it." He added with a wink.
