OK!

If you leave out the fountain in the neighborhoods, we have 8 blocks. Each block holds 6 houses.

That gives us fourty-eight houses to a neighborhood...
we have 85 members in the guild, and possibly a couple of hybrid members NOT in the guild...

We need at least two neighborhoods!

a spot should be picked on one of the added zipcodes page. that way, it's more likely for everyone to get a house. either that, or we wait for the official release, and then wait a couple days to place all our houses down. makes more sense that way. sweatdrop
