ooo tough one... I'm going to have to go with Koshi Inuzuka and Momoko Kuzuryu from Sumomomo Momomo it's just so awesomely absurd how odd their relationship is.

I had fun watching those two. I like the fact that she never gave up on him and his abilities. As for my own favorite anime couples, I have too many favorites to list.
