Look what someone's selling! How genuine it is, I don't know. But I'd thought that Sonic Xtreme was dead and buried for years. EDIT: It seems it sold for about $3000 (somebody obviously has money to burn for a demo that tiny), but it's still an interesting curio.

On the other hand, from what I've heard, the game's death wasn't probably a bad thing. Still, interesting to see it crop up...

Xagarath Ankor On the other hand, from what I've heard, the game's death wasn't probably a bad thing. Still, interesting to see it crop up... Given the experiements with viewpoint, the new characters and the return of Nack the Weasel, I'd still be curious as to how different the franchise could've been if that game'd happened. After all, this was whilst Amy was still nothing more than a one-shot throwaway from Sonic CD - Tiara could've taken over the token female role completely.

I... smell a hoax. There's a possibility it could really be legit, but... I'm rather suspicious.

Bear in mind that it was meant to be the return of Nack/Fang, too, so the mainstream (ie. top console at the time) Sonic villainy canon could've taken a much-needed shot in the arm without having to basically wait for Metal Overlord.

I still think Chaos has much unused potential...

Chaos really could have been tapped into more. All we knew about him is that he was all crazy and disturbed from being locked away for so long and that he is the King of Chao.
I wish he could come back...
