The Tardis bellonging to Fox is just like every other tardis except that it looks from the outside like an out of order london phone box that's had it's glass pannels spray painted dark blue.

On the inside the tardis is similar to all of the other tardis' as allways with the little exceptions.

The Tardis looks pretty messed up, after being thrown out of sync and back in he had to fix parts of it... even though he has never been a great mechanic.

~~~~~~Episode One~~~~~~
His hands glowed, sending energy flying off in the direction that they were pointing. his head glowed and the energy shot upwards. he layed on the floor in a star position as light errupted from every hole in his clothing that revealed skin.
He called out as his appearance and perhaps his personality changed, the one word 'Doctor'.
Fox sat in the chair beside the centre structure of the tardis. His eyes seemed glazed as he stared at the heart of the tardis. A red siren began to sound and he snapped out of it. He leaped from his chair adn pounced to the controls, pulling the main screen around to stare at it.
"Oooh Yeah." he grinned. grabbing a wheel and spinning it a few times, stabalising the tardis as it sped through time. "Earth, love earth, had the best chips of my life on earth. Got this jacket on ea-" he was holding hi jacket open staring at it. he froze and looked up at the person who wasn't stood oposite. His travelling companion, Maria had just left him... In the most inconvenient fashion.
He sighed and pressed a number of small buttons.
"Well... I guess we'll see." he sighed as he eyed the distress signal on the main screen. "Earth, 2010... this should be fun." he smiled again and checked the sonic flashlight in his holster on his side.
The ship stopped shaking and landed in the south east of england. Fox eyed the screan as it threw up information on the area. there were loads of alien life forms in the area, but nothing unusual.
He looked around the area and sighed. "Brlliant." he said, not sarcastically, all smiles. he much preffered finding things out through searching.
He turned and jumped towards the door, pushing it open and taking in a deep breath of air and opening his eyes to stare up at the sky. his expression dropped. "Well well well." he said, "if it isn't the good old Darmal Battle fleet." he grinned. "In the words of the Doctor... Brilliant." this time he was being sarcastic, but his smile returned shortly after.
Fox smiled as he walked calmly to the center structure of the room. The heart and the controls of the Tardis. He waited as he heard the door open, and close. then open again, and finally close with Josie demanding answers.
He turned. "It's bigger on the inside." he shrugged, as if it were normal. then turned to grin to himself. "This is the Tardis. Time And Reletive Dimensions In Space... TARDIS." he explained, starting her up. "Its a time travelling space ship."
He turned to the console and started to pull controls up and flip switches. The center pillar began to move up and down, like a pump pushing energy into the engines, and for all Fox knew thats exactly what it was doing.
"Lets see, the guns are charging up to fire now... that means that they'll fire down at the earth in about ten seconds... I figure two minutes ago will be long enough to get the guns turned off." He began rotating a wheel on one pannel and lifted his foot up and pressed it into a set of buttons, hoping he got the right one.
"Hold onto something." He said as the ship began to blink out of the street it had rested in.
Josey stepped further in, clinging to her bag and frowning in confusion. How was this physically possible? Was there some sort of tunnel or door hidden by an illusion like at a fair? She walked over to stand near Fox as he poured over buttons and ships while he answered her questions.
"Time travel?!...I know I didn't drink that much at the pub..." She mumbled as she raked a hand through her hair to push back her bangs. His next statement nearly made her fall over flat.
"Shoot?! Shoot at the earth? What'd we ever-" Her face went flat and she held up one finger. "Don't answer that." She took a seat as he told her to hold onto something and she took out her computer and opened it up. She turned it on and pulled up a search engine and typed in "The Tardis"
"Weeelllllll...." Fox said, elongating the word in a sense of 'my bad'. "Thats probably my bad. I just turned off their one non destructive method of killing and now their resorting back to the only thing they know... blowing rubbish up... no offense."
he looked at the listing and then turned to Josie. "You're going to want to hold onto something. The Tardis tends to shake." He slams his hand down onto the main button and the ship started to move, shaking violently.
a couple of minutes passed and then Fox turned to Josie as the ship stopped. "You know a few years ago this would be the part where I show you your first alien but after everything thats happened on..." he looked over the computer. "...Look up Blue Box. Thats what you guys know a tardis as."
Josey looked up from the screen in her lap to glare at him momentarily when he referred to her home as mere 'rubbish' then returned her gaze to the task at hand. Figuring out who he really was.
The ship began to shake violently and she nearly fell out of her seat. She gripped her laptop, hugging it protectively and leaning forward until the ship stopped and returned to its quiet stillness. With another glare at Fox, Josey went back to typing away, scanning the search results until he came over and suggest she search 'Blue Box'. She hesitated momentarily but finally complied.
She looked up at him, "You were telling the truth..." She said in amazement. She figured this had all been some really elaborate prank.
Fox looked over the girls shoulder, sighing at the image of the Doctor's police Box Tardis, all the information on the page was about the time lord's mentor. It was a painful, all that information about The Doctor, and yet... Fox knew that the man was dead. He smiled at the memory and then opened up a little. "The Doctor... he was a great man. My Mentor..." Fox smiled down reminiscently at the macintosh screen. "A race of soldiers that we once fought called him 'The On-coming Storm'... compared to him I'm pretty much just a light breeze." he sighed.
He placed a hand on the girl's shoulder. "Come on. You might want to leave that here." he said, nodding at the laptop.
The Time Lord placed a hand on his flash light, just to make sure it was still there. He smiled and stretched.
Fox leaped over a railing and jogged to the red and blue doorway. He paused at the doorway, holding the handle. he turned back to Josie and grinned. "Ready to see the inside of A Darmal Command ship?" he asked, raising his hand, waiting for her to take it.
"Just... don't stare, or mention them." he said, remembering the strange boils that grew on the faces of most Darmal soldiers.
A space ship. They'd already gotten to a space ship? This thing was fast. Josey stood, set her computer down on the seat she'd risen from and followed him to the door. He extended his hand to her and seemed to expect her to take it. She looked at it for a moment, looked at his face, then his hand again, and placed her own lightly in it.
"I'm an artist. It's hard to shock me." She said flippantly. Then, a little more serious, "How do we know they won't kill us when they see us?" She couldn't help sounding a little nervous. Her first indication that she was 'normal' and actually had emotions.
"An artist aye? What's your full name? Maybe I've seen your work." Fox asked, smiling. This probably wasn't the time. "We'll be fine, theres only one thing other than me that can get through those doors and just outside them is a force field strong enough to deflect the explosion of a warp st- or a Nuke."
Fox squeezed Josey's hand lightly and pulled her out of the door onto the bridge of the Command Ship.
Josey was stunned. She wasn't sure what stunned her more, however, the fact that that Darmal tried to stab Fox in the back or the fact that the man's demeanor went from completely care free and smiling to complete rage...he looked like a completely different person.
"He was going to stab you!" She said lamely as she turned to look at him once they were inside the Tardis. "They're just free to go? What's to say they won't come back? If they're dirty enough to stab you in the back...whats to stop them from waiting till you're gone to finish what they started?" She asked
Josey went over to where her computer sat on a seat where she'd left it. She had lost her books when she threw her bag at the alien...sketches...notes...all gone. She shrugged as she touched the computer's casing with the realization.
"...Why is this happening all of a sudden? Why do aliens decide to invade now? Why not before if they were really out there?" Culture shock was setting in.
PostPosted: Sun Aug 17, 2008 8:14 pm
"He was going to stab me, but did'ya see I grabbed it and stabbed him back," Fox said, once more returned to grinning "That was pretty cool, no? Never done that before, pretty lucky I pulled it off." he pulled off his jacket and flung it over a railing as he moved towards the center. he picked up the hat and put it on backwards. "Yes, their free to go. they won't come back, not until the rest of the Darmal army has been destroyed. they'll be watching here now, they won't be coming back incase their spotted."
Fox watched her go over to her laptop and moved across to the console. he began venting the thermo buffer and continued around it, setting the coordinates for earth. he began the movement and before her final question they were standing outside a hostel.
"What do you mean why's this just happening?" he asked. "have you been in a cave for the last decade? five years ago christmas, a giant asteroid space ship over london? oh and that small ship crashing into big ben. A year later a giant space web sent lightning down onto london... christmas after that a replica of the titanic almost crashes on buckingham palace and two years ago your planet was moved to the medusa cascade, planets in the sky? ringing any bells? its pure miracle you got out of those situations alive, still havent worked out how you did it... I would have helped but... I was saving other places, a couple of other time zones... the lost moon of poosh... I was looking for that... it came back on its own though..."
Fox shook his head and smiled. "It doesn't matter, you might be a daft little thing but you were there, and if you weren't then I might have actually hurt one of them... and he wouldn't have liked that." Fox moved to the door and opened it. "This is a youth hostel, they'll take you in without any questions. I dont have any money or I'd offer you that... of course... if you really wanted..." Fox leant against the door frame. "... nah, its a stupid idea."
Josey had to sit down, her legs suddenly feeling like jelly as he spoke. Where had she been these passed ten years? ...She'd been locked away in her room with her sketchbooks and notepads...thats where. She hated television. Despised it-and never left her room except to shower and eat until she was kicked out of the orphanage at 18 when she was forced to learn her own way in the world. The world she knew nothing about.
Nothing seemed odd or out of place to her when strange things happened because the only world she had ever known had been the one she had painted, drawn and written. It was the norm to the point she hadn't noticed certain things...Until an alien stood face to face with her a few moments ago.
He walked over and opened the door, she hadn't even felt the ship land. Looking up at him, Josey stood, taking her computer and moving toward the door numbly.
"Another un-home." She mumbled looking out the door at the youth hostel. He began to pose an idea, to which she looked up eagerly only to let out a sigh, her shoulders slumping a little as he took it back...
"You-" She paused, trying to sound as non-pathetic as she could. "You could at least run the idea by me...Can't be worse than living there..." She pointed with her thumb at the place outside the Tardis.
"it's not always safe... often dangerous..." he said, looking up at the frame where the red met the grey of the inner workings of the tardis. "Hardly been safe for a couple of years now actually, except on that cruise across the lake of messa tau... but then I was tied to the mast for half of it." he shrugged, turning back to Josey. "But it can be... brilliant. allways is, doesn't matter if a guns being fired at you or if a monsters chasing you... its allways exciting... sometimes even beautiful. you haven't known beauty until you've sat a mile away from a sun as it explodes." he smiled.
"You could... I dunno... come with me... see everything you're going to paint... maybe get some ideas for a new story."
Fox stretched upwards. "you never know, might even let you catch a glimpse of some lottery numbers," he joked. "but remember... it's not forever... I've still got at least 10 of your life spans left and... well i don't like to see friends die."
Fox sighed again and moved back, up against the frame. "So what do you say girley? want to go travelling?"
Her countenance brightened and she moved away from the door while she listened to him speak. Her eyes sparkled as he described it all, everything she could experience, everything she could paint...
"You'd take me with you?" She asked, excited and not caring that it showed. "All those things, you'd show-Wait a second. 10 lifespans?" Her features sobered as she considered that. "...But, aren't you, won't you be lonely?" She asked.
It was the first time she'd ever slowed down to consider anyone's feelings. Ever. Including her own. She'd never dealt with feelings or emotions outside of her story characters or art...What made her care if he was lonely, anyway? She considered a minute.
"...Sure, I'll go traveling with you. I think its about time I lived my story, rather than wrote it and watched it lived for me. Besides...I'd like to see how far your luck goes..." She held out her hand, offering it to shake his, "Just don't try to get rid of me too soon, all right?"
