Well, it says whoever is Shinigami will be announced at the beginning in the sign up thread, where is the announcement?
And bad monkey, random accuastions use random numbers, like this one.
I am SO NOT VOTING FOR MYSELF AGAIN. Especially since monkey voted for me with his at the top of the list thing.
