Choosing the Field...
And the first field is the ...
Ice field!
The temperature of the stadium suddenly dropped several degrees (just enough so breath was visual and winter-wear is needed) as the stadium floor shifted for the upcoming battle. The floor was made of extremely slick ice, which would make maneuverability, even simply standing, difficult. Crystal-like pillars reached skyward from the frozen water, reflecting the florescent lights to all sides of the battle-field.

Hayne’s grin grew as he stepped onto the trainer platform. Another battle to begin, isn’t it just one of the most exciting feelings in the world? He reached for Swablu’s Pokeball and gave it a light kiss before throwing it onto field thus a little Swablu emerged.
Saige flew around the field tasting the cold air. Nesting down on an ice pillar, she shivered a bit.
Hayne waved at the other trainer. “Hey, ready?” he yelled smiling.

"Ready when you are!" called Meeka as she threw her Pokeball. Her partner glowed as he appeared from his Pokeball container. Apparently, they had seemed to have started their battle in the ice field. As Meeka patted her arms to bring warmth to them, she smiled. "Hold on a minute!" she called back once more as she beckoned her partner over.
Ebba trotted over to Meeka and stuck his nose up at her. He sniffed her slightly until he finally saw what she was giving him. She pulled out the jar of Pecha Jam and let him get one lick of it before the battle. He licked her back before taking his stance again and rearing his hoof against the ice. His only problem seemed to be the slippery ice, as his fur kept the heat intact within him.

"Okay buddy!" Meeka said as she pointed her arm out. "Let's get this place rolling! Thunderbolt!" she said with a smirk.
Ebba huffed. Another pointless battle like always. But it was worth it to him, he was getting Pecha berries even if he didn't win on not. Ebba's horns twitched as he waited for the right moment. Finally, he hopped up and down and stomped his hooves into the ground. Holding his stance, an eletrical charge released from his horns and all around the field. He lost focus now as he let the charge go.
Meeka smiled and cupped her hands over her mouth. "Keep it up Ebba!" she called.

What the crap? An electric attack? Hayne was quite surprised but okay. They can still make a come back. Hopefully.
Swablu got back up and shook her wings, her feathers frizzy. She heard Hayne shouting an attack. "Let's try using Ice Beam Swablu!"
A light blue ball forms at Swablu’s open beak. And as Swablu swooped down towards the Stantler, light blue beams are then released out of her beak.

Meeka noticed that rays of blue coming upon Ebba, and she quickly panicked. "Ebba, look this way, I have Pecha Jam!" she called.
Ebba's ears perked up and he made a full degree turn to look at Meeka. Him hearing her say that sure made him spring with delight. But whether is was pure luck or just a coincidence, the blue beam missed Ebba.
Meeka smiled. "After the battle, now use Psychic!" she commanded.
Ebba huffed. She was always such a person to pull tricks like so. But again, Ebba twitched his horns and a blue aura enveloped a couple chunks of small ice. He kept his eyes closed as he concentrated, and than burst his eyes open and sent the chucks of ice flying towards Saige.

Hayne twitched a bit. Swablu missed because Ebba was distracted by Pecha Jam?! Maybe he should get some...
Swablu sweatdropped a bit. Her trainer was probably thinking about something stupid. "Well anyways," he started. Good, Swablu thought, he snapped out of. "Try using your Fury Attack!" he shouted.
Swablu swooped down at the Stantler, swiping him a couple of times.

Ebba was subjected to being hit over and over with the beak of the Swablu. Every single hit marked a weak point and shattered his skin. As he was thrust backwards, he reared himself.
"C'mon Ebba!" Meeka said rooting for her partner. "Make it shocking and go with Shock Wave!" she said.
Ebba reared as his pelt and horns began to fizz with static. Suddenly, he charged the electricity and sent it flying around the entire field.

((Nana, you cannot change the field unless you are using the russian roulette field. And if you were using the RR field, you had to post it in the field box. The field isn't actually open for battling with anyways without me or Duel's permission.
Please just edit out the field changing post to say like "This post does not exist" or something and continue on as an icefield battle))

Hayne let out a breath he was holding in. Swablu barely dodged that electric attack. Literally just by a feather too.
"Alright Swablu, let's use your Steel Wing this time!" Hayne shouted at the already ascending bird Pokemon.
Both of her wings started glowing white and Swablu flew down towards the Stantler, hopefully slamming her right wing into him.

Ebba was struck back by the blow of the Steel Wing. Shaking off the damage slightly so he can attack again, he awaited command again.
"Ebba use Psychic!" Meeka called as she pointed her index finger out. "And give it everything you got!"
Ebba slipped slightly due to the ice, but he maintained his stance before using Psychic again on some ice chunks. He sent them flying toward the direction of the Swablu.
