It's seems that none is really decated to the quest here so it's closed! Welcome to the It's a Smiling Charity. Lilly has started this charity in order to help those who are questing, gain the item they wish for. Up until now, I have only been doing random donations and giving to a very good friend of mine.but I see that alot of people have quest threads here, but no charity, so here we are. Intro. Rules. Rules.

2. Be respectful, and no flaming.
If you have a conflict with someone on this thread, please contact me or one of the mods. We'll gladly settle it. Don't disrespect me, or anyone eles.
3. Do not beg for donations.
I don't want to know about you're second cousin's stepsister's niece's quest for [insert item name here]. Begging is not allowed here.
4. Bump only if the thread is inactive.
This goes for me too <3 Chat, we love making new friends here.
5. I will not donate to just anyone.
Once you fill out the form, be patient. I will donate to you if I think you are worthy. Don't complain about the amount you get, there are a lot of Gaians out there that could use the gold that I'm giving you.
6. Say LTEMS somewhere in your first post so I know you read the rules and agree to abide by them.
7. Your profile has to be public. If it is not, do not even bother filling out a form, you will not receive a donation.
8. Rules are subject to change at any time.
9. Literacy.
Lilly can't stand chat speak. Please don't use it. Take the time to spell out your words.but if you have a hard time spelling that's ok because I have a hard time spelling too.

I work everyday! As an EMT (Emergency Medical Technican)so I I don't answer I went to save a life.
I love anime and manga, and I tend to read fanctions and forget that I'm also online here. I do art very realy now, if I feel like it and I like your avi and it's easy to draw you might get some art, that Will not be your donation. I love animals too.

To even be considered for a donation, you need to fill out a form.
Requirements:
[x] You must have a quest thread. Do not direct me to your profile or signature. I want the real link.
[x] It must have atleast 3 pages, and you must show you are dedicated to your quest, so the quest thread must look good.
[x] Before PMing the form to me, please post in here at least post 10 times.
[x] I will not confirm the trade the second time without a thank you first. If a thank you is not said, the trade will be canceled.
[x] Under the "Other Information" put a funny or cute icon or saying.
[x] You must have at least half way done your quest.
