Mizu sat on the floor of the shop, messing around with a napkin dispenser. He pawed at it, and pawed at it, but he couldn't get a napkin out. "Darn thing," he muttered. Giving up, he shoved the dispenser across the linoleum tiles. It hit the wall with a 'thump'. The black fox sighed and groaned, then fell back onto the cold floor. He couldn't stay still long. No way. "I'm hungry..." Mizu stood up and trotted over to the kitchen. A small piece of paper was on the counter. It was concerning an auction of some sort. He shifted his attention to the fridge. "Let's see what all's in here..." His black tail wagged and swished back and forth, only the tip visible to those outside of the kitchen.

Ellie let out a bellowed laugh, yet it was still feminin at the same time, as she watched the greyscale cursed fox get upset over the napkin dispenser. She had been leaning on the doorway for a while now watching him and even though she was bright in color, she'd gone un-noticed. She pushed off the doorway and trotted up behind him and leaned close to his ear, "You got something against white paper products?" Even though she didn't know the fox she licked his ear teasingly. Ellie always did have a way of making an impression on somebody. "So what's your name? I don't think i've seen you before..." She eyed him slightly, even though she couldn't see his face.

Mizu jumped a bit and turned around eyeing Ellie. "Perhaps... What's it to you?" he teased back, raising an eyebrow. He pulled a piece of cake out of the fridge and shut the door with his foot. He placed the cake on the floor and looked at Ellie. "Mizu's the name. I could say the same thing about you ya know..." He motioned to the cake. "Want some?" The cake was on the floor, waiting to be eaten. "Anyways, it's not MY fault those napkin dispenser are so difficult." He flicked his tail a bit, looking at Ellie suspiciously.

Ellie smirked and shook her head. "Just think it's weird is all..." Ellie sat up against the wall closest to the two and played with to tie on her gloves. She smirked lightly while stilling messing with her gloves and she spoke without looking up. "Well Mizu, the names Ellie" It was the first time she had introduced herself without the help of her introduction card, mostly because she didn't need it and didn't bring it..."Cake? What kind?" She looked up at him with a confused look for a minute, caught off guard it seemed, before looking down at the food. She looked up again, laughing at him next comment, "Well, you could always try putting a claw and grabbing it with that...or are you such a sissy you don't use your claws?"

"Oh really?" he smirked back. He shoved the cake towards her. "I'm not sure. There wasn't anything good in the fridge. After all this only looks half decent itself." Mizu swished his tail, still eyeing her. After her sissy comment, he revealed a sharp, long claw extending from his right paw. "Maybe it just didn't come to mind." He smirked at her. "Would you care to be my claws' test subject, Ellie?" He hoped this wasn't going too far and that he didn't make her feel threatened or scared. He meant it all in the nature of good fun.

What he said was true, the cake didn't look all that appetizing. She pushed the cake back towards him. "I'd rather not eat anything I don't know the species of" she joked slightly. When she looked up she stared at his claw with no intrest at all. "I bet it wouldn't" She hinted as she smirked, the bored look still in her eyes. Her smirk fell at his next comment and her eyes narrowed suspiciously, "What do you mean 'test subject?'" in her mind there were a few different things it could mean.

"Never mind that." His face became serious. Mizu looked around the kitchen, searching for something. As he looked around, his eyes linger on Ellie a bit longer than he'd wanted to. He smirked at her and then continued looking. "Aha!" He jumped on to the counter and grabbed an apple out of the fruit basket. Turning it over in his paws, he examined it, trying to tell if it was edible. He shrugged and took a bite. Mizu jumped back down onto the floor, watching Ellie. "So... I wanna get to know you some more. Right now I know that you're a demonic like me, you're of the female gender, and your name is Ellie. Hmm. What about that special guy? What's he like? I mean, I can't imagine someone such as yourself going unnoticed, at least not for long." He smirked at her, biting his apple again.

Ellie looked confused fore a moment before giving a drawn out reply, "Ok, if you say so..." As Mizu smirked Ellie glared. Ellie usually liked someone with the same attitude as her but now she was just finding it annoying...but she couldn't help but feel a little bit interested too...
Ellie glared Mizu as he brought up a new subject, one that she didn't particularly like. "I don't have anyone like that, don't exactly need one either..." She glanced at the floor for a moment and if someone where to listen really closely they might've heard a small 'I think' after her statement. She looked back up at him and smirked "But anyway, What about you? You're interesting enough to get some attention, right?" She teased "So, what's she like, emo boy?"

He laughed at her name for him. "Emo boy. That's a new one." He smiled as he ceased his laughter. "Uh..." He looked down. "I haven't got anyone like that myself, really. I hang out with a female a lot, she's an angelic, but no one should worry about that. She's already mated and she's my sister, too. I'm not gonna be a sick nasty fox by crushing on my sister. And I mean she's my sister by blood, not just the term sister. Plus, I've never felt that way about her, I've always loved her but not in a sick way." Mizu bit his apple and brought his gaze to hers. "But you don't even have a crush on someone or vise versa? C'mon, you've got to be kidding me if you're gonna sell me that line of bologna." He laughed and his red eyes searched hers for a brief moment.

Ellie smiled slightly as he laughed. She caught herself staring and blush mildly. She couldn't help it though, he looked nice when he laughed...She looked up when he looked down and listened to him speak. She smiled lightly and gave a small laugh. "You sure talk about your sister a lot, huh?" she teased. "You're lucky though, I don't even have a sibling though" She laughed and calmed down not soon afterwards.
She blushed as he brought up the subjects of mates again, but this time he asked if she was crushing on someone. For a minute her heart gave a rather large thump when She caught his eye, only to blush harder. Eyes wide, she practically gave herself whiplash as she looked down. "N-No, not that I know of..." she spoke softly, trying to calm herself down. "And as for me crushing..." She just left it at that, not daring to speak anymore.

"Yeah I do, but... never mind." His ear with the notched twitched and he rubbed his clipped wing as he avoided the subject of him and Kaze's past. "Only child. It can be nice not have any siblings, but I'm sure you live with other foxes, so you must not get terribly lonely, am I right?"
"Hmm..." He smirked at her. "You never finished that sentence, Ellie. So I'm going to take that as a confirmation of your liking someone." Mizu smiled at her goofily. Though he wanted to ask her more about that, he wasn't sure what she would do. He racked his brain for conversation ideas as he bit into the apple again. "So you wanna tell me about him?" He figured this was a subtle enough hint. Maybe she'd admit her crush. After all, he wanted to know if it was him.

Ellie looked up once she was calm and looked at him with blank eyes, "No, it doesn't get lonely, but that doesn't mean I can't feel alone..."
She reached up and untied one of her ribbons on her horns and started to mess with it as she spoke "Don't assume thing you don't know..." She sighed and retied the ribbon before looking back at Mizu. "Hmm, I guess I could tell you about him..." She said, admitting that she might like someone. "Well, he's arrogent...and he's plain. Really, I don't even know why I like him." She smirked at Mizu before continuing, "But, I can't help be interested in him..." She huffed and looked up at him, "...There is something different about him then most guys..."

"I see. Well, he sounds pretty good for you, I guess. Things happen for a reason." He smiled at Ellie before continuing, "I better congratulate the lucky fellow on capturing your heart. I have to say, I'm quite jealous of him." He winked at her, feeling a little stupid and jealous at the same time. Looking down, Mizu didn't know what to do or say, so he just bit into the apple, finishing it off. Just barely looking up, he tossed the core in the trash.

Ellie rolled her eyes and got up, growling slightly, "You male are all the same, you're always so dumb" She looked back at him slightly and wagged her tail back and forth in his face, "I hope to see you again sometime..." She said before head towards the door, and under her breath she mumbled a small 'congratulations'
