This is a familiar RP between Kai and myself, no posting please. The sun hung low in the sky dipping lower and lower towards the horizon. The land slowly began to cool from the day lights blazing heat and a little black lioness crept out from underneath her shaded rock.
With a long yawn she bowed stretching out her back to shake off the feeling her long nap had left her with. She blinked her milky green eyes a few times looking around. It seemed that her pal's foals had retreated back into their teepee while she napped. A wide smile spread across her face and with a flash she was sprinting the short distance to what was commonly called 'Amal's Jungle' by her equine friend.
In a few minutes she found it and while it looked like nothing special to most it was her favorite place to be. Fallen logs lay everywhere crossing over each other in every direction making bridges and steep climbs. With a happy cheer she sprang up and landed neatly on one of the logs. It was play time.

It had been a tiring few days for the sapphire-coloured lioness. She had left her travel companion and chosen to go on alone. He would catch up eventually, but for the time being, she was content to walk the forest paths alone.
Some hours ago she had stumbled into what appeared to be a lion's paradise. Logs and old blasted trees lay hither and thither like a natural playground. Kanti had decided to make the strangely comfortable are her place of rest. She would move on after she had slept.
Thus it was that the soft blue coated female was tucked part-way up a tree, curled in the fork of trunk and branch, her white-tufted tail hanging limply like a glowing beacon in the gathering duck.
((Sorry its short, Im dead tired))

With a slow swish of her tail, the black feline lowered her body to the ground. Her ears flattened back against her skull, bright eyes narrowed, a thin predators smile spread across her face, her muscles tensed and then she pounced claws out. With a soft thud she landed on an almost vertical tree trunk. Her claws dug into the bark and she began to scale it.
As she climbed the wind shifted sending a new wave of scents to her. She paused her ascent and turned her head. Something was out of place. She could smell another feline but she was the only one who ever came here, wasn't she?
Turning her head slowly she began to search the area, the light was fading fast but that wouldn't stop her from seeing. She found herself staring at a tree almost directly behind her where she could see a bit of white dangling from one of the branches. She had company.
"Hey up there!" She called growling slightly trying to sound fierce.
