It was a beautiful day, the sun soared overhead and the wind blew enough allow Tuli to glide with ease over the earth below her. Her wings stretched out as far as they would go, catching the wind causing her to almost float it seemed. She, so far, had been having a lovely day. Visiting with her brother and new niece, eating wildflowers in the meadow, and now, soaring over head with the birds. She enjoyed the freedom, she enjoyed the serenity.
She closed her eyes and let the wind guide her. Twisting her body to match the current, she swooped to the left, then the right, then plummeted quickly for a few yards then leveled out. Just a filly at heart, out for a flight.

A small, mischievious grin was adorning the young stallion's face as he zipped through the tall grasses of an empty field, pausing at brief intervals to breathe in the scent of the lovely flowers gracing the ground. It had been some time since his last encounter with any company- discounting his father or grandfather, of course- and he found himself wishing lightly for company, but not enough to go out looking for other soquili on his own.
Deep cerulean hues alighted on a strange blue form in the distance, and his eyes narrowed curiously at the petite frame that outlined it as he flew a bit closer. It was a mare, quite obviously, and a wind at that. He wasn't entirely sure what to expect from winds, exactly- Sukari was cold and dismissing (although she had softened quite a bit recently), as was her son Kureno- but Aquene was kind and gentle, and abruptly disappated any suspicions he had about all winds being like the aloof family that lived among their herd.
Deciding he would make his own observations about this later, he debated the best way to approach the new mare. She was quite pretty, he noted- much like his sister Olivia, but lacking the dominating black in her coat. One of his favorite pastimes was teasing his sisters, and he wondered if it would be as much fun to do the same to any mare. Should he zoom up and surprise her? The idea made an amused smirk curl one side of his mouth up into a lopsided grin, and he sped up a bit, flaring his delicate wings to rise a little above her stationary form.

Opening her eyes, she spotted a grassy field in the short distance, her stomach growled a bit though she had just eaten. Tuli decided that a quick bite and a bit of rest would be welcomed.
Manuvering her wings into position, she started to decend towards the ground. Her hooves touching quickly, she had to take a few trotting steps to complete her landing. She wasn't one of the soquili that could land on a 'dime'.
She didn't see the small flutter, but then, she had only met one other flutter and he was in his full size. She didn't realize that flutters could 'shift'. Her ears flicked quickly as she heard what sounded like hummingbird wings, she pondered to herself what a hummingbird would be doing in an open field. She shrugged it off.
Her multi colored tail swished casually back and forth, sweeping lightly over the tall blades of grass. She hoped to deter many bugs from attempting to bite her rear or legs. She was in the area for bees and horseflies, she hated horseflies. They hurt so when they bit. Her red eyes blinked and examined the surrounding area, looking for the greenest and most lush patch of grass.
