(I'm going to go out on a limb and assume there are targets here.)
Arata walked into the Kidou Target area. He had been looking for a place with targets all day and he finally found one. Of course the Squad Five Target Range was the first place he went but because of the rules he couldn't train there.
"Ok, here we go." Arata said to himself as he pointed at a target, this time not using his left hand to steady his arm. "Hadou 4: White Lightning." A bolt of lightning shot out of Arata's fingertips and barely hit the target.
Arata groaned. All he'd managed to hit was the edge so now there was a half circle on the side of the target. I guess I just have to keep trying. He thought as he took aim at the same target.

"Hadou 4: White Lightning!" Arata shouted and an instant later a bolt of lightning shot out of his fingertips. This time it hit inbetween his first hit and the center of the target. "Damn..." He mumbled before taking aim again.
"Hadou 4: White Lightning!" Arata shouted and another bolt of lightning shot out of his fingertips, this time hitting dead center. "YEAH!" Arata grinned. He hit the target right in the center after three tries. He would have liked to get it first try but he'd settle for three tries.
Quickly getting serious again Arata took aim at the part of the target that was inbetween his second shot and his third shot. Why would he move on to the next target when he could totally vaporize the one he'd been hitting? "Hadou 4: White Lightning!" Another bolt of lightning shot out of his fingertips and hit the exact spot he'd been aiming at.
"Perfect." He said to himself.
After that he spent a good seven minutes hitting that target till there was nothing left but the post it had been put on.

"Crap..." Arata said to himself. He was getting real tired, real fast. He didn't have a high enough reiatsu level to do this repeatedly for the whole day. Arata began to walk back to his room in the Seventh Division.

Arata was back after a nice long rest. Today he would learn a new kidou he decided as he pulled the book of Kidou that Yamoto had given him out of his hiyori. (Is that right?)
He opened it up to the Hadou section and then turned it to the page that described how to perform Hadou 31: Shot of Red Fire.
After about a minute he had read the page a couple of times and figured it was time to try it.
"Ok, here goes nothing." Arata said as he extended his arm out in front of him, palm facing the targets. He used his left hand to steady his arm and took aim. "Ye Lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, The sea barrier surges, March on to the south!" As he said the incantation a red ball of energy appeared at his palm and got bigger and brighter with each word. "Hadou 31: Shot of Red Fire!" Instead of launching the ball exploded right in Arata's face.
Arata fell on his butt from the explosion. "Ow..."

Arata stood up and dusted himself off before trying again. Using the same position as before he took aim at the target in front of him.
"Ye Lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man!" By this time there was already a red ball glowing at Arata's palm. "Inferno and pandemonium, The sea barrier surges, March on to the south!" Arata was focusing on not putting too much energy into the Hadou. "Hadou 31: Shot of Red Fire!" The red ball launched off of Arata's hand and obliterated the target.
"Yeah! A direct hit!" Arata began to jump around.

Ten Minutes Later...
Arata had destroyed six more targets with the hadou he had just learn. Confident that he had gotten it down, Arata left the training fireld to go find something to do.

As Zongan entered the training ground he looked up at the targets. He frouned as he realized that he knew no Kido. He hed just resently aquired a zanbakto. No realease.

Zongan walked back in looked at the targets and remembered what he read at the Squad 5 kidou library. Both kinds of kidou spells are easy at # 1. So he stood back, put out his arm and yelled. "Bakudo #1 Restrain!"
Nothing happened. He tried again. Failed. It went on five more times until he relized that the target dosen't move, Bakudo won't do anything. So he moved on to Hado. He stood back, put out his arm and yelled. "Hado #1 thrust!"
He didn't relize but the target slightly moved. So once more "Hado #1 thrust!"
This time he saw it crack. "Wow!"

Zack walked into the training grounds, and immediately saw Yamoto. "So... what kidou will I be learning?" He asked as he approached him.

( I will not say anything except 1st warning. That is a kidou only about 3 people in this whole guild know. You are not one of them. Please Roleplay at your RPC's real level. "The wayI teach kidou is that you only need to learn the basic, which are reiatsu control and spell chanting. So you will number 4 white lightning." Yamoto points his index and middle finger. Focus reiatsu in the area ou want the spell to fire out of. In this case the tips of your index and middle fingers. Then say the spell. Hadou 4. white lightning." The lightnig fires out of Yamoto's finger and flys throught the air seeing as h didn't point it at anything.

Zack watched the demonstration carefully, and listen to the instructions to do it. "So... I focus the reiatsu, and the incantation controls it's function and shape...?" He asked curiously as he focused reiatsu into his two fingers. He then pointed them at the ground, and spoke the kidou's name. "Hadou number four... White Lightning!" A bolt of white lighting shaped reiatsu slammed into the ground. "Wow... I'm glad I'm good at reiatsu control... that wasn't very difficult..." Zack said smiling as he looked at the smoking ground infront of him.
