Waking up with a lack of pain was a very pleasant thing for Kibela. So pleasant in fact that she decided it was a very good day to begin exploring her new home.
Bodaway, Kidondo, and No. She could count the lions she met her on one paw... And she seemed to be quite content to keep it that way.
Kibela moved silently, through the shadows, and the less used paths to avoid encountering any other creatures.
The anti-social lioness sported a slight smile as she moved along, taking in the desert, and stone around her.

Umlilo was not a terribly social lioness either. Now that she knew Wakia's brother was here and had found her father as well, she felt less obligated to be more social than usual. Those in charge knew who she was and now there were a couple others, that was all she felt was absolutely necessary. Being as she was set on spending time by herself, she too wandered away from the busier parts of the desert and headed in the direction of the last place she had been when she spoke to Wakia, where they'd seen the slave that was trying to escape. She did not notice anyone else nearby, and if she had she was more likely to ignore them unless they got so close that it was rude not to acknowledge them or they decided to talk to her.
