This is the inside traing area for squad 7. It is equiped with a weight room, a main dojo arena, and a braek room for tired weakShinigami.
This area is used for hand to hand and wooden sword training only. To enter you have to leave you zanpakuto in the locker room.
Rules: This area is for training purposes only
Do not ague in OOC
Try to restrict use of cursing.
No auto hitting or god modding
Have fun.

Yamoto was on the floor scrubbing the new wood finish. He wanted to make sure he had a picture of the Dojo before it was destroyed by well everyone. "Heh almost done." Yamoto stood up the floor was so shiny it was blinding. "Reminds me of Ikkaku's head." Yamoto pulled out a camera and took a picture. "There all good." Yamoto went over to the wooden dummy and began to punch it. Although he had made this for kidou he decide he needed to work on his Hakudo due to him being Vice of the squad.

Bullene walks in, barefoot and wearing a Gi. "Good job, Yamoto." He says, gathering the sight of the newly finished Dojo. "Now it is time to teach you Hakudo." Bull bows, standing on one end of the floor. He gets into a wide stance, positioning his body sideways, his left arm in an 'L' Shape pointing upwards. His right fist is positioned by his head.
((Like the Image posted below, only the outer arm is pointed up))

"Vey well." Yamoto mimics Bullene stance only he has his hand open instead of closed.

Pivoting on his front foot, Bullene gathers reiatsu in his feet. Keeping a rooted movement (Moving almost like your feet are magnetized to the ground), he shoots a wave of reaitsu from his foot. It moves along the ground, speeding towards Yamoto's feet.
"This should help you for battles if you lose your zanpakuto." Squad 7

Yamoto focus his reiatsu into his feet. He pivots his right foot sightly sending a wave of reiatsu at Bullene's wave causing both to cancel. "Very nice move captain, but I've been exploring one of my own." Yamoto holds out his right hand with all his finger and thumb pointed at the ground. He focuses his rieatsu to the finger and his reiatsu begins to cover his hand. Yamoto appears infront of a dummy and swipes his right hand at the neck. The head falls of as if a sword had cut it. "You like it."

"They have similar concepts, but my technique can change a short range fight into a mid-range one." Bullene says, looking at Yamoto's technique. Bull then walks over to a dummy and picks it up. Walking outside with it, he places it just on the other side of the outer wall.
Returning inside, he stands on the wall, the same distance away as the dummy is on the other side. Gathering reiatsu in his hand, he draws his hand back, balled in an open-fist.
He punches forward, making contact with nothing. A wave of reiatsu flies through the wall. Once it cleared the wall, Bull clenches his fist... Hard. A crash and a thunk is heard outside.
Moving outside, Bull grabs the dummy and brings it back inside. He places it on the ground.
There is a large hole in the center of the dummy. Bull goes back outside and retrieves the cylindrical fragment that was the dummy's abdomen. "Aurablast..." He says. "Using your hand, you can change the density of the reiatsu. It allows you to pass through solid objects. With a good enough reaction time, it is possible to inflict internal damage on an opponent." Squad 7

"The theory took me several weeks. Practical use took me about a week." Bull says, smiling at his work. "I can also use it with my sword. But that takes another kind of reiatsu control." Squad 7

((It isn't auto-hitting. It shoots reiatsu at an opponent at Shunpo speeds... Which only Vice-Captains and Captains can avoid.))
"It is my signature move..." Bullene says, thinking to himself. "Alright then, keep your technique and I'll keep mine." Bull moves himself back to the Floor. "Let's continue, shall we?" He gets back into the same position that he was in before. Squad 7
