[x] Hair: White from leukogenic plague, originally brunette.
[x] Eyes: Gray from leukogenic plague, originally blue-green.
[x] Race: Caucasian.
[x] Personality: Dr. Vrais can best be said to be distractible. When it comes to anything outside of her work, she's got the attention span of gnat. Inside her work, she's prone to hyperfocus to the exclusion of a lot of the outside world. It isn't so bad that she becomes neglectful, per se, but it's very important to her--and it shows. Otherwise, she's generally a kind woman, though she apparently has very little in terms of a sense of self-preservation. It's a good thing she has White and Snowline around--between them, they've managed to temper some of her more harmful habits, while helping maintain her native cheer and good humor.
[x] History: The only really interesting thing that happened to Cee prior to her acquisition of Snowline was her encountered with an escapee from the genetic engineering labs at her graduate school. The virus in question--what's now known as the leukogenic plague--was indeed quite contagious, but since the symptoms only really involved a mild fever and the gradual paling of her hair and eyes, it could have been much worse. It was newsworthy, as over half of the campus abruptly bleached over the course of a month, but it quickly faded from public attention when both the FDA and Cee's university assured the media that it wouldn't happen again.
Everything after she found Snowline's egg is, as they say, history. Her family--what little she's kept in contact with, in her often oblivious way--has gradually grown estranged from their rogue daughter. Not, as could be expected, due to the fervor over her attachment to Snowline, but instead her own neglect to keep up appearances...and her rather questionable relationship with "White" Preston, another victim of the leukogenic plague who's stuck by the doctor's side since college. Her family doesn't much like him, and the feeling seems to be mutual--however, as is so often the case, Dr. Vrais chose him over her family and things have been that way since.

[x] Age: 7~ years since emergence from egg; 6~ years since growth to child.
[x] Sex: Female.
[x] "Hair": Purple.
[x] Eyes: Orange.
[x] Race: Purple Opabinia regalis
[x] First Language: Hawai'ian.
[x] Personality: Snowline--Snowy as she's known to her friends, which is just about everyone in the Institute--is very easy-going for someone over whom there's been so much protestation since her birth. She loves her makuahine--Cee--and makuakane--White--very much, and can often be seen in their presence. Which isn't to say she's clingy--Snowy enjoys swimming quite a bit, and neither of her "parents" is quite so well-equipped for it as she is.
Despite her wariness of the Children (the pupule Keiki, as she's fond of calling them), she's willing to give everyone a chance and is very, very trusting. Additionally, she's something of a local hero in Rosewood, and while her physiology makes it somewhat unsafe for her to just wander around town, she's been known to show up at the farmer's market in Little Spain from time to time. Almost always with an escort, but nevertheless, she's there!
[x] History: Snowline's history is hideously publicized. Dr. Vrais found some strange eggs on Abyss Beach immediately after the Great Quake; the eggs hatched into an Opabinia regalis, which then cocooned and from that cocoon Snowline emerged. Since then, Snowy's been a needed pair of hands around the Institute, and has been taking after her "mother" in some respects--finding herself utterly fascinated by a biology completely unlike her own.
