BDSM Contracts are the most important thing when you are entering a BDSM relationship. Due to the main fact that multiple BDSM, Bondage, and SM acts could be considered illegal, such as the act of rape, even if it is willing of the slave. Even some psychological issues that may occur. You don't want it turned around on you.

In a BDSM relationship in real life, should you choose to participate, it is the most important thing to have a contract before acting upon any type of intention. Sexual harassment or a rape conviction can sometimes occur and you do not want to be blindsided. Having a contract shows proof that all participants were willing.

I would also like to add, that sometimes, a person will say they never signed the contract, which is why you have them put down something that will prove their identity. An identification number will work, but in the case where they say it was "stolen," have them either p***k their finger and put a drop of blood or have them put a thumb print. Why such extremities? Because DNA and finger prints never lie.

You should also have contracts that have lists of things they will and will not do. Contracts are not something that shouldn't be taken lightly. I would also recommend that you have a third party outside of the relationship sign the contract as well. Someone of the law would be the best as the third party, a police officer, a banker, a lawyer would be the best. You could even go so far as having a judge sign it.

If you want to start right away without having a written contract, it is possible to make a vocal or camera recording of the contract proceedings. If it is a vocal, make sure that they give something to identify both parties.

State your full names, date of birth, and ID numbers. Do not state your Social Security Number. Always, always, keep copies and always keep the original copy safely hidden and locked away.

Contract "A" For Female Dom

Further, I ask, in sincere humility, that, as my Mistress, She accept the keeping of my body for the fulfillment and enhancement of O/our sexual, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs. To achieve this, She may have unfettered use of my body any time, any place, in front of anyone; to keep or to give away, as She will determine.

I ask that She guide me in any sexual, sensual, or scene-related behavior, both together with, and separate from Her, in such a way as to further my growth as a person.

Contract "B" For Female Dom

Mistress & slave "Slavery" Contract

Of my own free will and out of a desire to express my love and devotion to the Woman I love and adore, I offer myself in slavery to my Mistress for the period beginning on __________ and ending at noon on_____________.

Although I consider myself to be a slave full-time to Mistress, during the time period expressed above, I will devote myself completely and totally to the pleasure and desires of my Mistress, without hesitation or consideration of myself or others.

General Rules

The slave agrees to obey his Mistress in all respects. his mind, body, heart and time belong to Her. The slave accepts the responsibility of using his safeword when necessary, and trusts implicitly in his Mistress to respect the use of that safeword. If a condition arises in which the slave needs to use the safeword or gesture, his Mistress will assess the situation, and determine an appropriate course of action.

The slave shall keep his body available for the use of his Mistress at all times. In addition, the slave agrees that his Mistress possesses the right to determine whether others can use his body and what use they may put it to. The Mistress will discuss all such instances in advance with the slave, to be certain that such play with others will not violate any established limits. The slave shall demonstrate his acceptance of his role of service and availability at all times while at home and at other times and places specified by his Mistress. The slave acknowledges that his Mistress may use his body or mind in any manner She wishes within the parameters of safety. She may hurt his without reason to please Herself. The slave enjoys the right to cry, scream or beg, but accepts the fact that these heartfelt expressions will not affect his treatment. Further, he accepts that if his Mistress tires of his noise, she may gag his or take other actions to silence him.

The slave will answer any questions put to his honestly and directly, and will volunteer any information his Mistress should know about his physical or emotional condition. While his Mistress expects her slave to speak honestly and forthrightly about anything that bothers him, he is not to interpret that as permission to whine or complain. he will phrase his concerns politely and respectfully, and then gracefully accept his Mistress's judgment in these matters without further complaint.

The slave will always speak of his Mistress in terms of love and respect. he will address her at all times as either "Mistress" or "Ma’am," ( see Public Rules of Conduct)

The Mistress may give the slave "free periods" in Her presence during which the slave may express himself openly and freely. There will be no punishments applied during "free periods." It is understood, however, that the slave will continue to address his Mistress with respect and love at all times and that deviations from the rule are subject to punishment at a later time.

The slave agrees that severe punishment may be assessed for any infraction of the letter or spirit of their contract, and will accept the correction gratefully. The form and extent of the punishment shall be at the Mistress's pleasure, and the Mistress shall make it clear to the slave that he is being punished when punishment occurs. The Mistress shall endeavor not to inflict physical harm upon the slave that might require the attention of anyone outside the relationship. Mistress and slave agree that in extremes either may activate a free period by using the safeword. The free period will continue until both parties agree that the problem(s) concerned are resolved.

The slave is permitted to engage in any and all activities not actively forbidden by their contract or by later edict of the Mistress. All rights and privileges not otherwise noted in the contract belong to the Mistress, and She may exercise them as She chooses.

Private Rules of Conduct

On days when his Mistress is at work, the slave will greet Him wearing his collar, wrist restraints, and a shirt belonging to his Mistress. he will wear no underclothes in her presence unless given permission. On days when the Mistress is home, the slave will wear whatever is deemed appropriate by his Mistress. When in the same room as his Mistress, the slave will ask permission before leaving the room, explain where he is going, and why. At mealtimes, the slave will serve his Mistress, and sit at her feet while She eats. Food for the slave will be given by the Mistress at her discretion. When speaking to his Mistress or being spoken to by Him, the slave will assume a demeanor of alert attention and will meet his Mistress's eyes directly, unless instructed to do otherwise.

Public Rules of Conduct

The slave will conduct himself at all times in such a manner as to not call attention to Mistress and slave. he will call his Mistress by her name only if the use of "Mistress" is inappropriate. The slave will defer to his Mistress in public. The slave may dress himself, but must seek approval of any clothing he wishes to wear in public. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the slave may not wear panties.

Work Rules of Conduct

No part of their agreement is intended to interfere with the slave's career. The Mistress wishes the slave to work hard and honestly, in general to conduct himself in a manner calculated to bring honor and respect to T/them B/both. During periods of work, the slave is permitted to schedule appointments, to dress in a manner appropriate to work, and to leave the house when necessary. During periods of work, the slave may answer the telephone and discuss business without the expressed permission of his Mistress. With my signature below, i agree to accept and obey all preceding rules as well as any rules my Mistress may choose to issue at a later date. I gratefully consign by body and soul to my Mistress for Her pleasure and use for the contract period noted above.
