hey guys its my first post on this guild so dont be harsh! im getting world of warcraft when we get a house because are computer is so crappy it cant play world of warcraft. tell me should i get a vista or should i get a mac. whitch one is better for world of warcraft.pm me or right a post. biggrin

If you are getting a computer that can rightly handle Vista, updating it constantly and can play WoW at the same time then you can go for Vista. However, the operating system takes a lot of system resources. My boyfriend has both his laptop and desktop with Vista and it can run WoW well but they are very powerful computers. Sony Vaio for the laptop and a home built for his desktop.
I'd probably suggest a mac, as half my guild runs it on there, but I'm not sure if most run a second operating system on it just to run their games. It's really hard to run a lot of games on macs but they have less issues over PCs.
You really don't need a big powerful computer to run WoW at the minimum requirements. Maybe a tad more for BC, however even my five year old home built desktop can run WoW at pretty much the highest requirements and it wasn't top of the line when I built it. Just make sure you have at least two gigs ram on a PC machine and a decent graphics card and you should be okay.

My laptop with vista can barely run wc3, because it's got barely enough system requirements to run vista. Computer companies are smrt.

AS LONG AS YOUR COMP RUNS VISTA RIGHT GO WITH IT,
I HAVE A 3 GIG RAM HP LAPTOP THAT RUNS VISTA, AND IT HANDLES WOW LIKE A FLASH GAME 3nodding

I built a 2k $ gaming HP puter and it runs fine put iv never played on a mac so i guess i cant say

Go Mac, Vista is too buggy (imo), and the undeniable fact is it is fuxing power hungry like a mofo.
(Wtf?)
I have 4gigs of RAM, I need 1 in a half to about 2 RAM to run it smoothly. If I had the money to get a Mac I would, trust me.
