tattoo fish Because I'm faaaaaat. And since I'm going to the beach with my cousins (all 14 of them) and aunts and uncles next month, I really want to lose weight, because everyone is either health nuts or totally athletic. Which I am not. In any way, shape, or form. So I'm starting a diet! And exercising like HELL. But, it worth it. I'm feeling better about everything.

FAST FOOD. gonk Use deep fried food as an ending reward. xD After you've lost what you've wanted to loose, let yourself have a small bit of deep fried food to reward yourself. But then get right back on with the diet. <3 It's okay to treat yourself - just do it rarely. xD

I'd say: don't diet! The weight you loose will eventually get back. In the end, you'll probably even gain weight.
Try to adapt a more healthy lifestyle =3. And like the other people said: not too much fast food.
And: don't eat after 8 pm and if you're hungry between meals, eat an apple or a rice cracker or such =3. Allow yourself only to have stuff like crisps and fast food in the weekends.
Try to sport a bit every day, like 30 minutes. I always do 100 sit ups in the morning and 100 in the evening, which really made my belly look better(really, I looked SO fat a couple of years ago). When you do sit ups, you'll see the results within a couple of days biggrin .
I struggeled with my weight for years (I really like food), so I know how you feel. But now, my fat percentage is too low according to my doctor xd .

Baked Beans, Mushy Potatoes, Jacket Potatoes, Butter Beans And Stuff like that are speed foods. :3
Don't know if that'll be any help at all, but make sure you don't not eat. 'cause that's baddd.
Like everyone else said, Treat yourself with some Syns once in a while [:
