A basic study in various forms of Meditation. It is important for Jedi to remain calm, to deal with their emotions in a healthy way. The world is a rough place, and daily meditation is a good way for a Jedi to clear his mind. This will help Jedi learn how to control themselves and channel their emotions.

1. Ten lessons, starting with “Introduction to Meditation.”
2. Slightly altered grading system – Journals.
3. No end of term test, a simple review of each Jedi’s journals will determine Pass/fail.
