 The moon just have begun to rise above the horizon, sending its ghostly light beams across the darkened 'realm' which is a signal for one particular kalona colt to go out hunting and train himself so he will exceed beyond his father and 'trainer's expectations of him along with his own expectations. The kalona's neon green wings seems to 'glow' under the moonlight as he is in his favorite hunting ground partially hidden in the tall grasses growling excitedly because there is so many creatures out in the clear prowling around grazing or interacting with other creatures.
His 'cross hair' target lands on one apparently lost foal that is calling out for the parents and he grins from ear to ear revealing his baby fangs then he slowly began to creep toward the foal, intent on playing around with his prey before he dine on her.

 She landed in a heap after her first attempt at flying, startling anything that might have been around with a stream of curses so vulgar that one might have thought they came from an adult. No, not at all. The words spoken came from a filly; a rather vibrantly colored one at that.
She had managed to get the 'up in the air' part for a good moment or two before crashing and now it was a matter of sorting out limbs as she tried to stand. "Stupid wings... Stupid tail... Stupid flying." She snorted, stomping around. Yes, by now just about everyone in the area would nkow that she was there... And most would have run away.

The lost and scared foal fled from the clearance screaming at top of her lungs which leaves Kawaran without any meal again. An annoyed snarl ripped from his throat as he turns his head in the direction of the offending noises and interesting words. "Hmm.." He narrows his eyes to slits as he moves toward the source of noises and angry voice with tips of his wings only visible above the grass.
To his amusement and shock, a bright colored filly is stomping around cursing in front of his eye. "what the hell?" He said out loud as he finally made himself seen. "You are SO noisy, filly.. you just cost me my dinner." Kawaran says with a slight smirk on his face but the annoyance is evident in his striking blue eyes.

"Then go get your mommy to catch you a new one or eat some grass." She huffed, giving her small head a light toss as she turned to look at whatever it was that was talking to her. When she saw that it was another foal (one not far from her in size) she smirked. "Bet you couldn't have caught whatever you were after anyways."

Kawaran tries not to huff at the filly's first comment because he is not proud of the fact that his mother is not a kalona but a regular mare.. aka "meat" as he so fondly calls non-kalona races. He narrows his eyes mulishly at the filly and bares his fangs while hissing loudly at her. "I don't have a mother and I do NOT eat grass.. I am a kalona, damnit." He scathingly retorts then his eyes almost went wide at the last thing she said.
Oh no, she didn't go there! the kalona's colt bristles as he flexes his wings to make them look more bigger. "Of course I could have caught whatever I was after if you have been quiet and stop flailing around like an idiot." He snarls viciously at the filly, sorely tempted to go in for the kill just to silence her for good. His body began to vibrate with energy once again as his face 'transforms' into feral look. His killing instincts is rising up inside him and it is getting harder for him to suppress it. "I bet YOU couldn't even hunt a flower!" He says with a grin on his face. He might be a kalona.. but he is a foal , and will succumb to the urge to fling the insults around freely.

"Just 'cause you've got wings doesn't mean you're anything." She snorted, giving her head a light toss as she pranced closer to him. "Your tail isn't anything like mine... And you don't have horns. Hmm... Maybe yours didn't grow yet." She pondered, looking at him before shaking her head. "Nah. I don't even see spots for 'em."
She then wrinkled her nose. "You don't hunt flowers. You stomp on them because they make you sneeze." She nodded. "Everyone knows that. Geesh."

Kawaran narrows his eyes to slits at Malison. "I don't need your tail." The colt retorts scathingly at the filly then he tries to look up at his head thoughtfully, silently agreeing that his horns didn't grow in. But he bristles as Malison mentioned that he won't get horns like his brother or father and he bares his fangs defiantly at her. "I don't need horns.. I have fangs and hooves... hmmph" He grunts as he tosses his head slightly.
"Thats the point! you can't even kill the flowers if you want to! Or even better.. you can't catch a slug because you are too stupid." The colt eyes the filly like she is an idiot right now. "Just be quiet.. so I can get myself food." He shot her a warning glare.

"... Why would I want to catch a slug? They're slimy and disgusting... Like boys." She grinned, holding her head high, quite proud to have made that connection all on her own. "What do you think you're going to catch with little fangs like yours?"

"Its a figurative speaking.. but again I forgot that the girls are dumb." Kawaran scowls at the filly because she is getting under his skin so fast and he is not very happy about this. He kicks a small rock toward her and smirks. "Thats the rock... bland and boring. Just like all of the females including you." He says with a yawn.
The kalona colt bristles more as he glowers at Malison. "They are still growing!! when I become big and strong, my fangs will be so large.. everybody will shake in fear when they see my fangs!" He bares his baby fangs at her defiantly.

"Sounds just like a boy to me; thinks everyone's stupid because it makes up for how stupid they are." She smirked, her own fangs gleaming as her tail ticked back and forth behind her. "Getting upset soooo easily isn't going to do anything for you, you know. You'll never impress anyone like that."

Kawaran scowls more as he glowers at Malison in annoyance, while thinking about how to get her to shut up without having to resort to physical violence. One of his ears twitches as he smirks slightly. "who said I am upset, filly? I am bored and annoyed with you right now." Kawaran tries to sound calm but there is "I am going to rip your face right off" tone underlying the words.
The colt moves closer to the filly while eyeing her speculatively. "Who said I have to impress you eh?" He quirks one of his eyebrows as he tries to stare her down.

"Mm... Let's see. Maybe your tone of voice? Or that silly look on your face?" She smirked, tail twitching behind her as she held her ground, not at all intimidated by his silly stare. "No one said you did. I didn't say I wanted to be impressed. I just said you weren't going to impress anyone... That means the ones you'd want to impress too."

Kawaran's eye twitches as Malison countered with good points and Kawaran bares his tiny fangs at the female in defiance. He narrows his eyes at the filly as he shrugs. "Why should I want to impress anybody anyway? I don't care about what you think OR anybody else's opinions anyway. I am a kalona and I don't need any of you guys to approve my actions or opinions. You guys can go and (bleep) yourselves." He scowls darkly at the dragon filly, clearly not happy with her. "I think you better leave before I make you my meal tonight." He says with a twisted smile on his face.

"You should want to impress people because you're a kalona." She nodded as if that made perfect sense. She sure wanted to impress people... And maybe scare them a bit here and there too. "... Make me your meal? You couldn't catch me if I was lying on the ground." She snorted before sticking her tongue out at him.

Kawaran tries not to tackle the dragon filly down because she infuriates him so badly with all of good points she is making. "Keep that tongue in your mouth or I will rip it out and shove it somewhere where the sun doesn't shine." The colt growls as he glowers at her. "And I can catch you even if you are laying on the ground or strung up in the tree!" He retorts as he stalks closer to her, looking positively pissed right now.
