I rarely find myself checking the guild anymore because things in my life have changed so much since I first started the guild. My original partner joined the army and has no time either.

It is not fair to everyone in the guild to not have an active captain and, I do not want to close down the guild and would like to see it continue.

If anyone is interested in buying the guild to continue building it, post an offer in this thread and PM me with the offer. When I see an offer I like I will contact the person who made the offer. After the gold has been sent I will turn over ownership of the guild to that person.

How much is it to start guilds anyway?

A new guild costs 20k to start, and each additional sub forum costs 2.5k. There are 10 subforums already and enough gold in the guild account to make an additional 5 1/2 subforums.

If you were to take the value of the cost to make a guild, the value of the subforums, and the gold in the guild account the guild is worth 58,953 gold.
I am not looking for that amount but I would like a fair offer.

Problem with having a guild is that it's a lot of work, and most people can't do it. My own guild is quite honestly in the shits and nobody even posts in it anymore...So I'm definitely not the one for the job.
