Personality :: Dominique is a rather... modern girl, if you will. She is intellectual, determined, strong-willed, and very much aware of woman's rights. Her mother made sure of all that. On the same note she is mild-mannered, respectfully opinionated, calculating, and level-headed in crisis or other such stressful situations. Her father played heavy part in situating such traits in his daughter. Both families brought generations of class and tradition to the table, and both are brilliantly proud of the product before them. Dominique herself-

Domi's the daughter of a yakuza family head and the co-owner of one of the most prestigious and influential law firms in France -coincidentally, said law firm is also working for said yakuza family, thus bringing rise to this strange little union. Dominique is not at all naive to her father's dealings, nor the rest of the Renjiro clan, but the to-be mob-mama is also aware of her family's cooperation and strange tact at abiding to the laws... and should someone slip up, her mother's family's knack of making the slip up suddenly legal and innocent.
Dominique herself is a spitting image of the symbiotic relationship between both clans. She follows the laws to a proverbial "T', and in the same breath enforces them with such zealousness as to shock most that deal with the normally -as mentioned before- mild-mannered girl. She doesn't seem to possess the energy to drive an argument home, and yet when the situation arises... Not that anyone can be blamed for such a misconception, since due to her "brothers'" tendency to make her life as hassle-free as possible (oh the benefits of being the boss' daughter...), Domi wears an almost constant bored expression on her face- with an aura to match that does little to prove she isn't otherwise. Her arguments are never heated, only blunt and cold and ever-so-correct in her constant statements of facts and previous cases that relate to the topic at hand, only proving her point further.
Should regular tactics not work to get her way, though, Dominique is not at all one to shun using threats of jail time and calling in a few favors from family to make said jail time a living hell. So maybe she's just a tad bit spoiled...

History :: As mentioned above, Dominique is the eldest daughter of the boss of the Renjiro clan and one of the partners of Rainier&L'Accor, a strange and oddly powerful merger that has only since profited both sides exponentially. Domi was not, however, just another child of profit and priority. Rather, the entire reason the proposal was even set up for the marriage was her mother's deal with Domi's father: she'd win his case in her hometown of Paris (exhibit A why to-be-leaders shouldn't dabble in illegal foreign trade in said foreign country) on the sole condition that he'd take her out on a date afterwards. With no elbow room to negotiate, he accepted. Fast forward four years, and the two were spewing romantic vows beneath the stained glass of the Notre Dame. Ten months later, Dominique enters the scene.
Due to the insanely lovey-dovey, public relationship her parents have, she never once in her life even attempted to consider she wasn't wanted or loved, for even when her folks were away in Switzerland or the States or any other random place in which they owned a sprawling mansion, members of her father's clan made it equally clear their respect and admiration for their leader extended to their leader's offspring. Then she spent time with some of her mom's family... oi... 'nother love-fest, fun fun...
Of course, this constant affection and love towards the first-born didn't meet without its opposing rumors and whispers of Dominique's birth being only one of priority and use -that she was only here to be used by both families to control both sides of the working spectrum. The fact she was a girl? Perfect, according to the stories, as she was therefore a meal-ticket into other families once she was old enough to be wed off to the highest bidder. If it hadn't been for her father's snarls and demonic threats of utmost impending doom to those he caught muttering such things, she might have believed them... when she was three. Then she grew up and gained daddy's wonderful talents of intimidation and threats.
The fact her little brother was born didn't really take its toll on her, ever. The attention around her never diminished or increased, but it was instead easier to blast music in her room without some of her "brothers" "flopping in" to listen, too. "Brothers" being the semi-ironic term for non-family members of her father's clan, and "flopping in" being when they spied on her and the new addition that was her little brother. It was also never hinted that she was no longer in line for being head of not only the law firm, but their little cut of the yakuza fame and fortune. Yay total control and power..?
