Just kind of curious what people thik on teh subject, figure a good question to just get everybodies opinion on.
Ok and I shall say, I personally enjoy them. They are fun you get to be among the trees, and all the cooking biggrin .

My family used to go camping every summer but now that Mom and I have fibromyalgia to deal with we can't really.
We used to frequent a campground on New River that I think was called Twin Rivers Campground. It was a great spot for tubing, fishing, and hiking.
We still gather on Mom's land in Boone Labor Day weekend to camp and work on Mom and Dad's cabin. My siblings and their families set up tents, and Mom and Dad stay in their camper, but TL and I stay next door in my maternal grandmother's guest room because my body can't handle sleeping on the ground anymore. 8o(
Speaking of: we've got a tent and some other camping gear that we can't use and would like to sell if ya'll know of anyone in the Asheville/Candler area that might want it.
