okizay! here's the lay out. the story is about a vampire seduced into creating a mortal into a vampire. but the mortal has been watching him since she was old enough to use technology to spy. she has been hunting him for just what he did to her. after that, he falls in love with her!
the rest is up to you.........................

okay, here are the basi characters:
kumo(cloud):main male. choose your pic for what he should look like. please choose a hot guy?*gets on knees and bags*
yurei(gohst):main female. same situation for how she should look like.
the council: a group of ancient vampires
the bad guy(for every story needs one): name, characteristics are up to you.
WARNING!!!!! these are just suggestions. if you're not happy with the name, and you're here BEFORE the story's started, feel free to make any changes. even the part the characters play is up to you. so long as it's logical!!!!! PLEASE no random comments!!!

Name: Lilith Age: Really old! She appears 16 Appearance:  Abilities: Wind magic. She can control almost every aspect of the wind. She also has some powers over lightning. And many other abilities, that a vampire would aturally have. One is regeneration, and another is manipulation of lesser demons. (i don't fell like listing them all...) Weapon: Her favorite weapon is a chain thta she can manipulate at will. Bio: She was one fo the very first vampires ever. She has been serving the council for a very long time, ever since she became one of the most powerful. Unfortuanatly she is not one of the most active members. She hasn't been to a meeting in over 200 years. She prefers to travel around and goof of, tricking mortals into doing what she wants. every so often, minions of the council will come and try to take her back, but she refueses, so her seat in the council room remains empty. The only reason the council lets her do this, is that she helps out getting rid of nucenses when she travels to different places.

personality:skitso. a varying range of hatred of all, and a will to make all life happy and better, at my own cost.
bio:born at the begining of time, my spirit was once trapt in the form of a human, but i was turned into the monster i am now in my early twenties. now i am under a crusade to control myself and my feelings.
other: i enjoy wolves over humans. but humans are good too.

Lilith Sat on the park bench and streched. Across the way she saw a young vampire looking around. She sighed, another of the council's minions. She stood up and placed a cloak on her. The young vampire would have no clue she was there, as long as she didn't make direct contact. She slowly walked away.
