Rules Round 01-09
Reduce a character's points by 1 while adding that 1 point to another character's score.
When someone reaches 0 points, they are eliminated.
Should you make an eliminating vote (ie. taking Jack from 01 to 00 and removing him from the game) you are allowed a second vote. Should the second vote be an eliminating vote, you are allowed a third, and so forth.
After every 5 characters are eliminated, all points will be returned to 10 (whether the remaining characters had 01 point or 20 points, no exceptions).
