[:: Profile ::]

Name: Chu-Hua
Name Meaning: Chrysanthemum
Nickname: Chu
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Kingdom: Earth
Birthplace: A private estate just outside North Chung-Ling (Fire Fountain City)
Occupation: Servant/Nanny
Bender: No
Appearance: Black hair that usually hangs in her face in a messy fashion as she has a labor occupation. Her eyes are light dull green and her skin is somewhere between tan and fair. She spends more time outside than nobles but she often has inside chores as well. Her clothes are not fine by any stretch of the imagination but they are not ratty or torn and they are kept well mended and clean as she represents her master's house. She is allowed to wear clothes of her family's homeland of the earth kingdom despite being born and raised in the fire nation.
Personality: She can be calm and quiet, resulting from her life of servitude. She spends much of her time thinking things through and listening closely so she knows many things about the house being so quiet and unnoticeable. However, she has been trained in basic combat if she time comes for her to defend the child she is to look after. She has been taught to be as resourceful as possible when defending but her main weapons are her hair chopsticks that have been sharpened to a deadly point. She has never had to use them yet. Though Chu-hua prefers peaceful resolutions she can and will do whatever it takes to defend Enlai.

She is rather fun loving but her respect for the family comes first so she often seems very quiet and plain to them. However, for Enlai, who requires a lot of energy and play time, she can be bright eyed and light hearted though she is still mostly rigid and obedient. She always stiffens when Lord Quon comes in, immediately stopping in her tracks and bowing respectfully.
Background: Born into a family of servants she is very pleased to sit quietly and obey. They are far from slaves. Her family takes great pride in serving and assisting wealthy families. They oversee the owners land, they care for their children, they cook their food, and in return they are well taken care of by the master of the house, given lodging, respect among the community, and a small wage. The master of the house trusts his servants and they respect him in return.

However, the wife and eldest daughter of the master do not care for the servants and often make them do extra, harder, or the most undesirable work. The most hated of the family would be Chu-hua, who is entrusted with caring for the youngest child of the family, the six year old son and heir to the estate, Enlai. Since Enlai spends most of his time in Chu-hua's care, he has developed a stronger bond with her than with his mother or sister and often choses her over his family. However, this causes his family to become angry and jealous and they often silently punish her by giving her an overload of work to do. However, she obediently does her work and never argues with them no matter their command. She is quick, quiet, and efficient with her work.

She has a sister who works in the kitchen who could pass as Chu's twin though they are 3 years apart in age, her sister Fang-hua being the oldest. Her parents are Jun and Kang. Jun works in the kitchen with Fang-hua and Kang works as the leader of a small team of body guards to Quon and his wife.

From a very young age Chu-hua's family has been teaching her how to act properly before the master and his family and she took to it like a duck to water. She has often been referred to as "the ghost" by the other servants for she is always so quick and quiet with her work no one ever notices she is there and it seems the work is done like magic. She was taught many small skills such as sewing, cooking, and gardening until their master got the idea that she could be trained in some weapons arts as well to be a caretaker and personal servant to their only child, Mu. However, when she got older Mu refused to have Chu-hua as her servant, unsatisfied with such a plain and quiet girl. Master Quon then switched his interest to his infant son and declared she was to serve him instead.

While Chu-hua looks out for Enlai as her main priority there are times that his mother takes him or he is summoned elsewhere. Then she is sent to do whatever other chores are needed to be done that she is skilled in.
